Food is good at any location I’ve ever been to, but I’ve been to this particular location about 10 times now, and it is by far the slowest service of any chick fil a I’ve been to. I have tried inside, regular drive-through, and their mobile thru service, all at different times of day…all slow. Would rather drive a few minutes more to a different location just for the quick service.

Heads up right lane for apps ,will make you drive around why you wait for traffic and go inside instead of going ahead and taking your order!! That's ridiculous, but don't be in a hurry.

Im soo disappointed i spent 37 dollars on a meal and my mac and cheese was FREEZING cold had a HAIR in it i got so startled by the hair I threw the whole mac and cheese away. At this point i don’t even want to get more food i just want my money back….

There is nothing more frustrating than waiting in the long drive thru line, fight traffic to get home to eat dinner after a long day at work and the ORDER is wrong!!! This is the second time at this location.

I go here frequently for lunch break, yesterday I left behind my wallet on the table and by the time I got to the parking lot I had a freak out moment and realized it was not in my pocket. I immediately ran back inside and to my relief, it was turned in to a safe place where the manager could get it back to me. The team at the J-Town location are just an awesome group.
