Hey queens, this business was not open during the hours they claimed to be. We checked the website and hours before leaving and when we arrived at 4:15 (an hour and 15 minutes after opening) the lights were off, the door was locked, and there was nobody inside. We looked around for a sign indicating that they were closed, but we couldn’t find anything. I would def understand if it was like running a few minutes late but like an hour is a bit much. Like no hate but it was definitely not the experience we had hoped for.

The cookie dough tasted old and no flavor. I got the cookie and cream cookie dough shake, it was Gross! It had no top and was very loose like I had a cup of milk. The bourbon pecan was awful! The place looks as if it needs to be cleaned and the cookie dough was not at the right temperature it was warm! Awful experience I took my shake back and got a float ! I can make that at home! It's sooo over rated!

They were out of several of their flavors of cookie dough but the portions were huge. You can for sure split a single scoop.

This place is NEVER open when they're supposed to be. My husband and I have tried multiple times to try the desserts here and we always check the hours of operation before going, but that's proven to be useless. The food is fine, but who knows when they'll be open! It would be a top contender for us for date night if the door would be open when it's supposed to be.

I’ll eat the regular ice cream, and I noticed they have cans of A&W Root Beer. But I’m going to steer clear of the cookie dough. It’s a texture and flavor thing. Glad other people like it though.

Fresh cookie dough and a lot of flavors. Ice cream cookie sandwiches are delicious too.Customer service was great! We each tried 2 different flavors, so we could share. They all were so delicious! Can't wait to come back!

Customer service sucks .. dough is over priced and gross! We tried 2 diff flavors, tried them and then threw them away. Won't be back and don't recommend!

Be sure to call to make sure that they are open before you go. I drove 30 minutes to get here and they are closed, even though we arrived at 2:15 and they supposedly open at noon. I understand that places are having a tough time getting staff. Needless to say, everyone in the car was disappointed!

Pulled up at 7:55 when google says they are open until 10pm and there’s a sign on the door saying they will be back at 8:30?? Where does someone go for 35mins while a business is open? As we waited a few mins we saw the employee come out and lock the door and leave at 8:10?? I think if you have hours posted you should be open those hours, that’s ridiculous.
