My wife and I went there yesterday
I had the chicken pot pie ; it was terrible. I’ve had it many times before it was ok
This time I think it had some kind of weird spice that completely ruined it

We ordered chicken and dumplings with biscuits. We usually love a Cracker Barrel visit but this time the food was less than desirable. I had corn and broccoli with my order. Corn had been reheated and dried up like raisins. Biscuits were very hard. I asked if it would be possible to get fresh biscuits and waitress said at this time of evening (about 7:30pm) not very likely and walked away. Both order of dumplings were re-heated but cool ( not hot). Don't want to blame...

The chicken fingers and hash brown casserole was delicious. I would given a five star rating on the food except for the beignets which was ok nothing special. Service was great this time.
