I placed an order on Thursday, and I was double charged for my order. I ordered a large three-topping pizza for $10.59 after tax, but my debit card was charged twice. I will NOT be returning to this Domino’s anymore.

Called and ordered only to receive an email saying order was canceled. Called the store to talk to the manager at store #1464 only to be told by Jessie that it wasn’t his problem my food wasn’t delivered. Said they called my number multiple times yet I received no calls. Would give 0 stars if I could. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Ordered a pacific veggie thin crust pizza with bacon & grilled chicken. Both the chicken & tomatoes were missing.The pasta bowls barely had meat or sauce. The crew that was working looked like young stoners & obviously wasn’t paying attention to the orders which is why it was inaccurate. I typically don’t have any issues with this location, but today they were definitely lacking. Not sure if I will return.

Lost a customer this week. We had been a loyal customer of this location since COVID. But after getting pizza Thursday our whole family has been sick since Thursday night, costing us a weekend we had been looking forward to for a long time with family and friends.

Will never order from here again, they have terrible customer service. They will mark your food delivered even though it hasn’t left the store, then when I called I got told 3 different things. 1: the driver just left 2: he’s been in traffic 3: he left 10 minutes ago. Then the processed to hang up the phone. If you can’t handle the capacity of delivery you should not take orders, hanging up on people because you don’t want to account for your terrible customer service is unacceptable.

No integrity, no future patronage.

Frustrating. Ordered a supreme pizza to feed my kid.

Pizza was half-cooked and doughy to the point where you can tell it was underbaked. They barely had cut it. It fell apart in my hands when I pulled half of it apart, wife was outraged (mama tired trying to feed our kid), and almost drove down there to yell (sorry to the employee she insulted). Leaving a negative review instead, to save their employees, future customers, and myself the headache...

Wife called for a refund. The person who answered lied that the manager didn't speak English, while talking to their manager in English in the background... Told us the pizza was half baked because "too many toppings" (it was a normal supreme pizza, tf?) and because of "steam". No... that's not how pizza works. The steam doesn't turn delivered pizzas into dough.

Gonna order elsewhere from now on.

Do NOT order here if you hope to receive your food!!
This is only the second time we’ve ordered pizza through this store to be delivered.
The first time they canceled our order after an hour of waiting. The one person working there handled it well, reimbursing us and allowing us to come get it directly from the store. He said they were understaffed.
6 months later we took a chance and ordered again, this time after 1.5 hours of waiting, they said $40 worth of pizza was delivered. IT WAS NOT!!! I’ve been calling and calling- no answer. I’ve filled out an online request- no option for a refund! I’ve texted the God forsaken customer service number. I get the same response.. “do you want to give additional information???”
No! I don’t! I want a dang human to respond to me. I’d like a full refund and most importantly, I’d love the pizza we paid for so my four children can eat!!!
Horrible, horrible frustrating customer service. This place should just shut down

I order my pizza at 9pm and waited over an 1 hour for food that never came. I called the store and the store associate attitude seem careless when I call in to cancel my order because they took too long to bring me my food for delivery. This has happen more than once. This store needs to hire more delivery drivers and better customer service reps.

That place is horrible she made my pizza wrong and didn’t understand English enough to remake my pizza gave me a the complete wrong order !! I wouldn’t recommend this dominos !! Pizzas are horrible
