Domino's Pizza

Not what I ordered pizza is cold and missing stuff I paid for they won't answer the phone!! Took over an hour to deliver!!!

I wish they would cut my pizza all the way through but other than that everything is great not very enthusiastic people working there but that too is subject to change depending on the day I'm sure

Frustrating. Ordered a supreme pizza to feed my kid.

Pizza was half-cooked and doughy to the point where you can tell it was underbaked. They barely had cut it. It fell apart in my hands when I pulled half of it apart, wife was outraged (mama tired trying to feed our kid), and almost drove down there to yell (sorry to the employee she insulted). Leaving a negative review instead, to save their employees, future customers, and myself the headache...

Wife called for a refund. The person who answered lied that the manager didn't speak English, while talking to their manager in English in the background... Told us the pizza was half baked because "too many toppings" (it was a normal supreme pizza, tf?) and because of "steam". No... that's not how pizza works. The steam doesn't turn delivered pizzas into dough.

Gonna order elsewhere from now on.

This is only the second time we’ve ordered pizza through this store to be delivered.
The first time they canceled our order after an hour of waiting. The one person working there handled it well, reimbursing us and allowing us to come get it directly from the store. He said they were understaffed.
6 months later we took a chance and ordered again, this time after 1.5 hours of waiting, they said $40 worth of pizza was delivered. IT WAS NOT!!! I’ve been calling and calling- no answer. I’ve filled out an online request- no option for a refund! I’ve texted the God forsaken customer service number. I get the same response.. “do you want to give additional information???”
No! I don’t! I want a dang human to respond to me. I’d like a full refund and most importantly, I’d love the pizza we paid for so my four children can eat!!!
Horrible, horrible frustrating customer service. This place should just shut down

I order my pizza at 9pm and waited over an 1 hour for food that never came. I called the store and the store associate attitude seem careless when I call in to cancel my order because they took too long to bring me my food for delivery. This has happen more than once. This store needs to hire more delivery drivers and better customer service reps.

That place is horrible she made my pizza wrong and didn’t understand English enough to remake my pizza gave me a the complete wrong order !! I wouldn’t recommend this dominos !! Pizzas are horrible

My wife and I ordered a few pizzas tonight from our local dominoes tonight and it was just an awful experience. The pizza took 1.5 hours to get to us and when it arrived the pizza was soggy and gross. We called back up to the store to get a refund because we didn’t want to wait for another pizza to be delivered. They told me that we could only send out a new pizza. So I decided to bring the entire order back up to the store to show how portly it was made. When my wife spoke with the female manager tonight she was extremely rude and just acted like we were inconveniencing her. After a brief argument she reluctantly gave us a refund for our food. Truthfully, I wish the owner knew what was going on in that restaurant. Because if he did I do not think he would be to pleased.

Awful service! We ordered through the app, 3 things 2 pizzas and cinnamon sticks. Which sat for way too long under the warmers and you could taste the cardboard as bit into sog. Enough said.
It took forever, I mean forever to be delivered. The driver even sincely apologized after delivering. Very kind man.
We understand, we've worked in the service industry that things happen and we're understaffed. It was the way that the customer service was handled that lost our business forever. Thanks to, I believe Amy (morning manager).
After we couldn't eat pizza we called the store and said she wouldn't refund us but shed re-make the pizza. **Take note my husband is already annoyed, hungry** and weve been waiting forever. He said that he was going to bring the pizzas back for a refund. McDonald's is on the way and he decided he'd grab that first.
He takes into store and no one is in there...(she was hiding in office, unbeknownst to him) he waits and waits...eventually someone comes in and says manager is out on a delivery..

He leaves and calls the store once he's home, no one answers...it's an hour now. I decide to go to the store and now it's closer to closing time.

I walk in, asked a young nice man for manager, he reluctantly tells me no manager (T) will be in into tomorrow..I kept pressing and eventually an angry woman stormed out of the office like a bat out of hell screaming at me, and eventually said she'd refund me, without a credit card or anything (but we'll see in 24hours).
She was clearly ignoring our phone calls the entire time. Truthfully, worst employee work ethic I've ever seen.

If I was the owner, I would want to know about this.

We ordered 18 pizzas for a birthday party and the general manager was so helpful!! Our pizzas arrived right on time, the order was perfect, and they didn’t forget any of the sauces. Our driver Dawn was amazing! Thank you! 10/10

Delivered wrong pizza called and they said they will send the right one, never arrived
We use them very often, but now they lost a customer

Wrong order, called to tell them, they said they will send the correct one in 45 min.... and after 1 hour I called again... they never sent it, claiming they were short of staff.... horrible service.....

This is at least the second order placed and asked for extra sauce because if not you don’t put sauce on a pizza. Once again, extra means no sauce at all. It seems to be just the Ruckriegel store!
