I was supposed to get a cheese pizza with light sauce and extra cheese. The piece of cardboard I got did not resemble a pizza. It was hard and crunchy! It was so overcooked that when I tried to get a piece, it actually snapped apart. It was truly inedible. I would have called and complained, but I was so ill, (not from the pizza) I didn't eat it (it waz awful), that I ended up in the hospital for several days.

I bought two specialty pizzas. One of them arrived right and fresh. The other one was made missing ingredients and sloppy and overcooked. We’ve been ordering this pizza for years and normally roll with the punches if it’s not perfect but this time it was horrible so we decided to call, I was told by Kristen that I can receive a free pizza but it would take an hour and a half after agreeing to that she changed her mind and said I would be able to receive a five dollar credit on my next order. after saying that I was hung up on. What a joke, no Customer Service. If you screw up a pizza, you gotta own it, and deliver to your loyal customers who paid their hard and money. Zero stars If I could give it.

Horrible treatment on Christmas Eve beware from buying from this store if you want a refund or request.Manager hung up on me 3 times trying to get a refund on my pizza that sat for a hour done before delivered food was chewy and old they forgot the marinara I also purchased we live a mile from the location. Customer service at this location sucks. DO NOT BUY PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION. I believe Central Missouri Pizza owns this location

Place is trash now. Saw a person on here say that Kristen ruined this place, my order said prepped by Kristen, I get to the store and hear an employee ask “where is Kristen” waited 30 minutes for it it to even get in the oven.. one hour

I’m very upset with the lack of delivery drivers available. I have had to cancel multiple orders because I would be immediately called and told they didn’t have anyone. I’m not blaming any of the workers at the location, I’m looking at corporate now. You have a store that is obviously struggling and I have seen not one drop of effort to fix the issue. If people won’t do the job, let stores take the delivery option off temporarily for their location. You are wasting not only paying customers times, but your workers who have put in a lot of effort to make sure they communicate with us.

Have had to cancel multiple orders over multiple visits because they can't manage to prepare food in a timely manner. I arrived 30 minutes after placing an order for 1 simple item and it still was not even in the oven. They quoted me 15 more minutes until they even got to making it. Don't order if you expect to be able to eat at a reasonable time of day. Desperately needing more inside staff evidently as this is becoming a common occurrence at this location.

They can't get any order delivered right or on time. Repeatedly asked them to simply communicate when there are issues so we can prepare for adjustment, but they never do. Gave them several opportunities. This site should be carry out only and only certain hours of the day.

I ordered my food 35-40 Minutes ago at home and came to pick it up bc my app said it was almost ready and I went in and they said they haven't started it and it will be another 30 mins and that 10 people were in front of me. I will not be ordering from this dominoes again

i never leave reviews but my experience last night forces me to. ordered a couple pizzas for delivery at about 9pm. it was during a big UL game so i expected a bit of a delay. After a hour i tried to call to check on it and no one ever answered after 20 mins. 10:45 rolls around and nothing has changed on the status so i decided to drive up to the store to check my order. lady at the counter wasn't very welcoming at all. when i asked about my order she didn't know what i was talking about at first, had to search hard for it. she found it but basically admitted she forgot about it and told me it would be 20 minutes to complete it. i had to ask them for some type of compensation (free pizzas at the least) and all she told me was she could take off the delivery fee since i was there to pick it up. there was no apology or anything for me having to wait almost 2 HOURS! for 2 pizzas. trash customer service. i will avoiding this dominos in the future
