It's no longer KFC; it's now WNB Factory. The wings are delicious. I tried the Mango Habernaro, I highly recommend it if you like a little heat; I also tried the Hot Teriyaki, it too is very tasty with a little heat. Their onion rings are very good too. The Double Double Steakburger is monstrous, recommend the pretzel bun. Will definitely be back!

Sometimes the service is great, other time's it's horrible. I ask for 2 legs instead of getting the thigh in the leg and thigh meal. And the legs are ALWAYS small. Going to try a different location next time I get KFC. If I'm not happy there's always POPEYES or Chick-fil-A.

I got some pot pies yesterday and they were so old and sunken in! The crust was very dark, almost burnt. Just not good at all.

Horrible service from a team member named khylan he was in drive thru today at 12:26pm. When I pulled up to the window he had my food sitting there while he walked around in circles mumbling rap songs. I believe that customer service is top priority and he's lacking in that department. Thanks to the young man who made my food; he took my payment made my drink and handed out my food. If khylan doesn't want to work why is he on the clock getting paid?

Went thru door dash to have dinner delivered. Our order was wrong. KFC acknowledged they made an error on our order. I was told I had to call door dash and so I did. After 43 minutes on the phone with door dash, I was told KFC was responsible. I called KFC and let them know what door dash told me. KFC told me they can’t do anything and to call KFC head office. I called the head office and was on phone for 17 minutes and still no help. No one wants to take responsibility. If you’re still reading this, just know if you used a credit card you can dispute issues such as this one. Credit card companies are much easier to deal with and certainly my situation is being disputed.

I love their chicken sandwiches, but This location charges $1 more than any of the others. On topOf that they have horrible service. This was our go to KFC growing up, but it’s gone down hill the last few years. Last time at this location!!! Lucky for them Chic-fil-a is closed on Sundays.

I ordered a 3 piece tender meal with a small sprite. when I got my drink I asked for my receipt and then got my food and the door was shut. I waved for Madyson to open the door and I asked for my receipt again and got it. I didn't order 2 ketchup packets and a dip cup. If the manager is reading this I suggest you fire Madyson. There is no excuse or reason for this to happen.
