This location used to be my favorite but the customer service has gone down hill completely. I guess I need to patron other coffee places because this is starting to become more frequent with different sbux locations.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but my experience at this location this morning was really disappointing. I ordered my usual coffee and it tasted completely off — no cinnamon, barely any sweetness, and the texture was weird. My boyfriend got the spinach feta wrap and it was cold in the middle, like it wasn’t even heated all the way. He ended up throwing it away.
I called to let them know and the person I spoke to said I could come in for a refund, but honestly, his attitude made the situation worse. He sounded like he didn’t care at all. I wasn’t rude or aggressive, just calmly explained what went wrong, and was met with a dry response. For how much Starbucks charges, I expect better quality and at least a little professionalism...
Really disappointed. Hoping management takes this seriously.

I never come out to this area, but I went to this location before work and had to leave a good review. Placed a mobile order and saw literally like 10 people come in and my drink was still ready to go super fast which was impressive. Second time stopping by and the coffee was made right too!! :)

I don't know why they want me to review Starbucks, I never went here.. I haven't been to a Starbucks in years and years because it is so bad awful I can't stand it. AND they want to charge for it. I wouldn't pay a dollar for that coffee.

The service here is always outstanding!! Everyone is so nice every time I stop in. They always get my drink perfect! I have been to many Starbucks in my time and this one is the best because of their people!
Dietary restrictions: I can’t have milk and always get almond milk and so many other places mess that up!! This one on Blankenbaker has never messed my order up.

Service was excellent as usual! Coffee was superb. I love a Venti Pike Peak with honey! The bagel was perfectly toasted!
This location is always great, but today they really wowed me. I wish i wouldve gotten a look at the name tag, I was getting flustered and didnt even think to look…. but I just want to say thank you to the amazingly sweet barista who covered my order today when I was struggling to get my card unlocked. I will be paying it forward as soon as I can. Thank you for making mine and my 5 year olds day a little brighter 🥲❤️❤️❤️

My wife took my son to get hot chocolate and the waitress by the drive thru were not friendly my wife said hello and they say like mad. What do you want. Then hot chocolate and mas. The chocolate came only1/2 and not hot. Why a " premium" place with unhappy employees.
