There were no issues with my drink, but every table needed cleaning, and the furniture and space were not in great condition. I was there for about 90 mins, and the staff didn't check or clean the lobby once, despite being very slow. The toilet in the bathroom desperately needed cleaned...feces visible under the seat. I know that keeping the lobby and restrooms clean is not a glamorous job, but it makes a big difference in customer experience.

This location can be a hit or miss between orders. I got my order of 3 drinks. I got my chai tea latte and it was weak, despite another location having the same flavor every single time. The Holiday manor location has the same level of flavor every time. It was definitely not made the same. I also got a hot chocolate and it was so weak, and it was a whole new level of weak.There was not one ounce of chocolate in there and I also got shorted quite a bit of drink, like over an inch was missing. It tasted like milk and peppermint syrup. I gave up and added a packet of hot chocolate I had at home, but considering how much these drinks are, I shouldn't have to. I only did because I had already gone home. It was pure white color and absolutely not chocolate.My mom ordered a milk earlier that morning and an employee had put ice in it. Again, not how it is. You just put milk in a cup. That's literally it. I don't understand why they are being stingy, but I paid plenty for these drinks, you should make them how they should be made. If another location is consistent with everything and you are not, then it's this location, not Starbucks.I will just stay with the locations that I know will do it right.

I am a student who takes time almost every Wednesday morning to study in the cafe here. The service is immaculate--the baristas always greet me when I arrive, and several know my order now. The baristas are always smiling and seem happy to help, even though customer service is a difficult and often exhausting job. The music is great (they have jazz on while I'm writing this), the cafe is comfortable, and the atmosphere is friendly. The product quality is outstanding, and my order is always completed quickly. My coffees are always delicious, and my food is always warm and hits the spot every time. The baristas here go above and beyond... Love you all to death!-Aris

Im not a big fan of starbucks not just the corporation but also the price/quality of the drinks. Not worth it in my opinion, would rather support a mom and pop shop and get better service at a fair price.

There's a bee infestation on the patio. Anaphylactic shock is real for some people and it's a lawsuit waiting to happen if you get swarmed by bees just being out front on the patio. None of the other stores around here have this problem. Please get a trap or spray. I love this place but I just can't handle getting stung and having my throat close up. Great service, great products, great people, but please get rid of the bees.

Good drinks and food. Poor service.You have to ask for a napkin AND a straw on a cold drink....but they will definitely remember to ask you for a tip.Baristas make a minimum of 15.00 plus tips for basic counter service, and you have to ask for a straw for a cold drink at most of their locations.Prices are crazy high for the product and service.
