Best I can say is they have clean restrooms.
Ate, paid and immediately became ill as did the rest of our table…we all ate the avocado. When advised the manager we were asked to never come back. We agreed!
Not another person in there while we were there,

We have been to the Yellow Cactus many times. Most times it has been ok, but tonight’s service was abysmal at best. The server was admittedly new, which was baffling because we had called 7 hours in advance to reserve our larger party table for my 7 year olds birthday. PLENTY of notice to plan for 10 people and not stick a brand new server with us. We waited and asked multiple times for both drinks, chips, and salsa and had to remind the server for our queso, among other things. Drinks and multiple orders arrived incorrect. After half of our party received our food, the other half had to either send food back because it wasn’t what was ordered or had to wait for over a half hour for it to finally arrive.
I actually feel sorry for our poor server, as it was clear that she had not a single soul to support her through this.
At the end of the meal, when asked to speak with a manager-we were met with someone who clearly was NOT a manager and made excuse after excuse as to why our service was what it was. Never once did we receive an apology. In fact, the “manager” had the audacity to say “well, that’s not my problem” and literally turned his back on us and walked away. Needless to say, we will never go back.

The food is decent, and a very convenient location for us, but the lack of having difficulty with English always makes it a crap shoot on your order coming out correct, especially when ordering over the phone. I picked up carryout this last time, but ordered in person, and they still got it incorrect. Nice people, but if you're serving mostly English speaking people in America, you should have someone taking the orders that understands the language fluently.

Wife and I ordered Fajitas. Meat was tough. Slow service. Very high prices even with coupon.
Parking: Large, free parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Service was much too slow for a child to wait to eat. Kids meal prices are expensive for the small quantity of food.

The A/C did not seem like it was working, it felt very hot, and the music was very loud. The food and service was great, but it was just uncomfortable to sit and eat in the restaurant. I will order food to go from now on.

Food was great, had a small issue when it arrived and it was immediately corrected! Service was great! We were immediately sat and this was at dinnertime on a Saturday! Had multiple vegetarian options! Definitely will come back and recommend!
