Absolutely awful 😞 They’re constantly out of items and can’t seem to get all of the order in the bag. Tried calling several times to get it resolved but no answer. Had to drive back to the store to get the rest of the food. All this while having my autistic son melting down because his tenders were missing. Hardee’s screwed up yet another order. I would understand if it happened once in a while but it’s constant failures at the Jenkins store.

Stopped in for coffee while traveling thru. They went to the trouble of making a fresh pot. The restaurant was clean and the staff was also helpful in answering questions about the area.

The cashier was rude to both my girls one asked for salt and she said in a hateful tone we don't have none then the other asked for her sauces for her chicken and said thank u when she handed them to her an the cashier didnt even acknowledge my daughter We got our food and mine and my youngest burgers in our $5 bags was cold n so was the fries, the pickles tasted rotten I think that if you don't like ur job find another one and don't be rude to people trying to be nice to u
They should give Senior Discounts. Hardee's doesn't. I have asked. Also asked about Fraternal Order of Police Discounts. They don't.
BTW it is Breakfast Dinner and Supper. I had supper. So I checked Other.

I would give the name of the Manager that served me, but unfortunately she had her name badge flipped backwards so I wasn’t able to see her name but she was red headed and worked December 7 at around 2:20. I ordered a #11 Nashville Hot chicken sandwich combo , and that is not what I got I got the regular chicken sandwich, after two times of me stating that I got the wrong sandwich and which I did, never once was I asked to have my order remade or changed all I got what that is the right sandwich it has the Nashville hot seasoning on it, many times have I ate there and got the #11 and the chicken was sauced. So a 0/10 experience today and will not be going back! Seeing as it is expensive to eat especially when you order something and what you are given is not what you eat so unfortunately I had to eat it, but just making it aware!
