Very bad service. The waiter never came to ask if we needed anything else. The food was very cold. I ordered a steak that was very cold and had no flavor. They still included a 25 percent tip. I don't think I even deserved it. I always go with my children who like the food, but this time it was a disappointment. I won't be back.

Nachos ingredients were separated for takeout. That was great. The ground beef was very cold and shredded cheese was cold right out of the bag. The melted cheese in the bowl was barely warm.

Food was nasty!! I didn't feel comfortable because they kept watching our every move like we were going to steal something or walk out without paying!! I never want to come back they lost a good customer and I tipped it very good!! I am one of those people that goes in a restaurant and write the food without people knowing and I definitely don't want to go back to this place think twice before going here.

STEAK HAD A GREAT FLAVOR, BUT WAS TOUGH. A LITTKE POUNDING AND A LITTLE ADOLF TENDERIZER WOULD HAVE MADE YHUS STEAK PERFECT. Cross cuts also are a good if you prefer not to use a meat mallet.

Krista was our waitress and she was first class and very attentive. The burger I had was delicious and my wife’s quesadilla salad was large and very tasty. The French Fries were hot and just the right amount of crunchy. I loved the spinach dip appetizer. The Parmesan chicken fettuccine portion was large! It could have used more cheese. And the Cinnabon dessert was fantastic.

They were extremely short staffed. The cooks were coming out to wait tables and cook food. The food was cold and had to wait forever for service. Given the circumstances with staff shortage they should not have even been open for business.

The carpet near carryout area needs to be replaced. its disgusting. I bought carryout food for a group of 6 people. They said the food was good.

Ordered chicken quesadillas with a plain chicken instead of the lime chipotle chicken. Server said there will be an up charge for changing the protein, but she would check. She didn’t come back with a charge so I assumed exchanging one kind of chicken for another chicken would be the same price. There was on small piece of chicken on each triangle of the quesadilla and 2 had no chicken. Our server didn’t return but another one stopped by to check on us. I placed a to go order with her. Then a mail server came over shortly after to see if we were ok. I asked him to check on our to go order. A 4th server came with our to go order and our check. There was a $4.00 up charge for changing the chicken. I said no, I’m not paying $4 for the little bit of chicken they had on there. It was equivalent to maybe 2 chicken nuggets from McDonald’s. She said she would send the manager over. Manager came with a new check, no questions asked. I showed her how 2 triangles had no chicken at all. The all you can eat shrimp is nothing but breading.
I ordered something that had more butter on it than I can eat. So, I had to tell the server that I didn't like it. Josephine came right out and apologized and said she'd take it off and offered me free dessert. I didnt expect it and didn't have to do that, but she went above and beyond. Can't tell you how much I would recommend this place under his management.

We have just started coming to the LaGrange location and honestly I would have given them a 5 star review because the food is amazing and the service staff can’t be beat and apparently the kitchen staff is just as great BUT management needs to get off their butts and hire some help BUT I also understand they were not busy at all the first time we were there so maybe they just haven’t had time to get help. Either way we will still go back and wait if we have to. Great job everyone 🥰
