They were extremely short staffed. The cooks were coming out to wait tables and cook food. The food was cold and had to wait forever for service. Given the circumstances with staff shortage they should not have even been open for business.

The carpet near carryout area needs to be replaced. its disgusting. I bought carryout food for a group of 6 people. They said the food was good.

Ordered chicken quesadillas with a plain chicken instead of the lime chipotle chicken. Server said there will be an up charge for changing the protein, but she would check. She didn’t come back with a charge so I assumed exchanging one kind of chicken for another chicken would be the same price. There was on small piece of chicken on each triangle of the quesadilla and 2 had no chicken. Our server didn’t return but another one stopped by to check on us. I placed a to go order with her. Then a mail server came over shortly after to see if we were ok. I asked him to check on our to go order. A 4th server came with our to go order and our check. There was a $4.00 up charge for changing the chicken. I said no, I’m not paying $4 for the little bit of chicken they had on there. It was equivalent to maybe 2 chicken nuggets from McDonald’s. She said she would send the manager over. Manager came with a new check, no questions asked. I showed her how 2 triangles had no chicken at all. The all you can eat shrimp is nothing but breading.

I ordered something that had more butter on it than I can eat. So, I had to tell the server that I didn't like it. Josephine came right out and apologized and said she'd take it off and offered me free dessert. I didnt expect it and didn't have to do that, but she went above and beyond. Can't tell you how much I would recommend this place under his management.

Terrible service, terrible food, very slow, very greasy... Staff said they have been out of crayons for a while for kids... Missing something so basic and so simple, I'm terrified to think where else they're skimping around here. GROSS!!!!

This place has went down hill fast. They sold it to another investor, and this investor doesn't have a liquor license. You would think that the food would at least still be good, well that is very wrong. The food here is horrible, I wouldn't feed it to a starving dog. The place is like a ghost town everytime I have tried to give them a second chance hoping it would have gotten better, but they literally don't disappoint, and when you think it can't get worse than the last time, they take and try to prove you wrong. Lol. The food will either be nasty, or they will confidently and conveniently forget to put stuff in the bag. The only exception to this is a young lady that works in there. When she is at the take out counter she will make sure everything you ordered is in the bag, and try to be nice and helpful. In that case the food might suck but at least she will come and help you if she sees you standing there, unlike most of the other people, and 1 of them I would say is the new owner, older male bald. He was walking around with a remote trying to change a channel on the TV. I stood there and he saw me 4 different times, no exaggerating, and when that young girl walked out for the first time taking someone their food, she stopped and asked me to give her a second, went and served the food and came straight back to me. While that bald guy just kept trying to turn channels. If he is the new owner, then I honestly don't see this place lasting a couple months. If they do close, someone should offer that young lady a job, as she seems to be the person holding that damn place together, or at least the customers returning. Other than that, the food was alot better when the last owners were running it. Lol
