Foods good but no point in ordering online so you don’t have to wait if they won’t make it till you get there. Waiting 5 to 15 minutes every-time I order no matter how far ahead I place my order.

We ordered through the drive through, had to pull into a parking spot, waited for our food. When it came out we were short a few orders. The person who brought the food out told us to go back through the drive thru. We went inside instead. Get home and Arby’s messed up almost every sandwich. Used to be the best fast food restaurant, now consistently bad.

Got the brisket sandwich and white cheddar Mac and cheese. 1 slice of brisket rest was left over small pieces from slices dry and I got sick from eating it. Mac and cheese was only thing that was good

The food is always decent, if I could ever get the food that I ordered. Today, I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Buffalo chicken sandwiches and received sliders. This isn't the only time. 3 out of the 4 times I have been to this Arby's I have been given either the wrong food or I am just missing something. Being as I have worked in multiple fast food places, I know it isn't hard to look at a screen, place the CORRECT AMOUNT OF ITEMS AND THE CORRECT ITEMS in a bag, then hand it out. Not tossing random stuff in a bag and calling it good

Order was incorrect, but we didnt notice til we opened everything. How do you make a signature sandwich incorrectly (order 1/4 get regular, also no bacon). Not the best Arby's work. And there werent any napkins.

Why have a drive through and pull every order? Drive-Thru is supposed to be convenient and fast. Now it's slower than standing in line inside. Kids running a store. They clearly do not know what they're doing. Managers must not exist these days. Or they can't get off tick tok long enough to do their job. After giving my food to the wrong car in front of me trying to hand me a bag, someone else already rooted through and gave me a extra medium fry for my troubles after making my food again. I don't think they made my food again. They gave me the same bag the other customer had and put a hot fry in it. In my opinion, all fast food should be condemned

We went thru drive and ordered chicken tenders, and then waited 20minutes while they cooked them. Did not look at them till we got home. They were burnt and hard. I Tried to call, but they would not answer. Second time we got food you cannot eat. NEVER GO THERE.

My family has always enjoyed eating here until recently. The past 3 times within a couple of months I went through Drive Thru and my order was all messed up. Was not given my receipt and was charged for 2 items that I didn’t mentioned I wanted. The cashier admitted it was her fault. But every time I have been in drive thru I had to pull up. It should not take 15- 20 minutes for food to be served the right way for 3 times in a row. I will not be coming back for a long time.

This place is always clean, fresh fries, best service. Everytime I go to Lagrange and my break is near this part, I always go to Arby's for lunch. Best fast food Location. Thank you to all you peeps working there, keep up the hard work! Yall make it great!!! I hope the bosses treat you well, because yall deserve it
