Would've been 5 stars but I got home and had no horsey sauce

Ordered a French Dip - they told us they had no au jus at pick-up. Ordered a burger - got a Beef and Cheddar that had mushy meat that was not edible. Got home and called the store - we were told they messed up the bags. The only remedy was to come back and they would give us the right food. $35 for a meal we couldn’t eat and then asked to drive 12 miles round trip to make it right. Tried to file a complaint on Arby’s site - but it would only show “processing” and would not submit. Would have given 0 stars if possible. Totally unacceptable in every way.

Went through the drive thru and waited 9 minutes before I could drive up to place my order. Then I start my order and the guy said we are out of chicken. Just getting off of work and trying to get home with food, this was so irritating. I wish LaGrange KY had more food places to choose from.

Ordered a French dip meal and a roast beef double. Get home, no double. It's 9 pm on a Sunday night. Failing to get orders accurate when you pay $26 for those two meals is unacceptable. As a customer, I should NOT have to rifle through a bag in the dark to make sure there are 2 sandwiches in the bag. I should not have to drive back out to be able to eat a sandwich I paid for either.

I experienced a overly top great experience with this Arby's location today during my lunch break , customer service was excellent food was excellent and very fresh and everything was finger licking good. I will be returning to this store again during lunch this week.

Went thru drive thru and got order of steak bites that were burnt so called store asking for new ones and was told general manager said basically to bad we are not helping you at all. Tough luck. This happened on Saturday 11-8-25. Managers that talk to people like that should be replaced immediately because people who buy food there pays his salary.
