I live in North East Ohio... its nothing for us to drive 6 hours to go to Big R's... we have been going there for some years now... and each time we go... its always the same great food... friendly staff... and great food,... its our normal stop driving South.. or just to get away for a day or so... ROAD TRIP.............see you guys soon....

Walk from quality inn to get a good meal little did I know I was walking to a bbq paradise ribs were perfect corn bread sweet potato and sausage amazing if you pass this place up your making a huge mistake ... The food was perfect service great big Texas thank you

If you're looking for local BBQ and food, this place is for you. The staff are very friendly and will always make sure you're taken care of. I've been there multiple times and have no complaints!

Just ordered half rack of baby back ribs. OMG so good tender great taste. The price was good for the 12 bone half slab. Quite impressed. Me n the kids will be going here to eat very soon and try other things. Had to make sure the ribs was on point.
Don't buy the cod sandwich! The onion rings were ok as were the greens. I can't judge any other items and I may try the bar b q in the future but the was cod horrible. Old? Freezer burn? Fishy tasting. Please take it off the menu as it does nothing for your average but lower it. Also no masks on employees.

I purchased dinner for two families over Memorial Day weekend. I called a day ahead. and my order was ready on time as promised. They even called me an hour before to let me know they were our of one of the items I ordered and offered an upgrade for free.

My fiance comes here quiet often as it's his favorite bbq joint and we've never had a problem until today. The girl (looked like a teenager) that took our order was very rude on the phone both times we called and she was clearly the one who brought the food out to the car and she had an attitude from hell and basically tossed the food through the window. Just not good customer service at all, which is not typical from our normal service.
