It is pricey but usually great food. I personally don't want to be asked every 10 min by everyone if it's okay and good. If I have to stop enjoying makes me enjoy it less.

My husband and I went on Valentines Day to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary. We were seated quickly which shocked me due to it being Valentines and I am disabled with a walker. They found a perfect cozy corner where my walker would be out of the way and I could enjoy the meal. Then the worst happened. I got my period during dinner and had ruined my dress. I was humiliated. I got my walker and told my husband I would be right back. I waddled to the hostess stand where I very humbly asked the two hostess ladies if they could help me in my time of need. These girls are a total chefs kiss of perfection for a girls girl. They got me squared away discreetly, made me laugh to ease my embarrassment and assured me this was NOT going to ruin our anniversary dinner. These girls made me feel seen, valued, and cared for which was outside the scope of their jobs but they made a world of difference for me. My husband requested to go boxes when he realized what had happened and we quietly took our meal to go but before going, the ladies were kind enough to get a picture of us as a momento for the anniversary. And you know what? They were right, my night wasnt ruined and it was thanks to their efforts and compassion. Oh yes and the food was delicious too, I got bourbon glazed salmon and my husband ordered a huge steak which he closed his eyes as he enjoyed every bite. Thank you Cattlemans in La Grange for making this dining experience wonderful.

Food quality was subpar..I always get a ribeye. And I couldn't even tell it was a ribeye. I was on a date so I didn't want to complain. This was the Lexington location. I'd never go again. Our waitress was sweet, attentive, and kind. Thanks to her, it was the only reason I gave ⭐️'s. Bathrooms needed tending too.

My husband and I stop at the Lagrange location often when traveling, it is our half way point. We usually have Robin as our server and we are always so happy to see her. She always reciprocates the happiness with a round of hugs, it always makes us feel so welcomed and Wednesday was no different. Although we got no hugs, because she wasn't feeling well ( and it showed) and didn't want to get us sick. But nothing prepared us for the show we got, it was the most hilarious banter between Robin and her co-worker (Tia is her name I believe) who was sharing the space or section, whatever it is. The two gave a show of old school comedy club proportion. I truly have not laughed so hard in some time, they still have me giggling. The food and service were spot on as always and the show was an added bonus! GREAT JOB LADIES, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND THE LAUGHS, YOU BOTH ARE ABSOLUTLY GORGOUS INSIDE AND OUT!

It is really good nice people the salad bar is clean everything. perfect day for my granddaddy’s birthday. The car are little bit weird like one seat two seat on other side but I like it 5 stars
The staff is friendly, the salad bar is wonderful. I've had steak a few times here and am never impressed. It lacks luster and portions are small. I return for the salad bar.

We only ordered the soup amd unlimited salad bar. A few hours later, we got diarrhea symptoms possibly from the salad.
We ate at cattleman's a few times.
