Had the best experience came thru drive thru and the cashier (Sissy) was amazing. Her customer service skills is a 5+ star by itself ... Don't believe she is management but should be ... Keep staff like that and the store will be a top one in my book

I’m ordering food and the big back manager ask me do I live in the area and I responded yes then asked me again in disbelief that I lived in the area. While being very unprofessional the whole time . This was not a pleasant visit . I went back another time and the service was mediocre . My advice go through drive

Normally I like this DQ just fine, though my last visit gets 0 stars ... I ordered a Mint Oreo Blizzard, but they forgot to put the Oreos in. What a disappointment!

Dietary restrictions: Just wondering if they have changed the biscuits. They were not the same as I was use to getting. Did not care for them. Gravey was awesome as usual but please go back to original biscuits.

Waiting to order and had kids behind the counter rubbing each other and playing games. Finally someone came up and asked for my order. I said no thanks employees playing too much and walked out.
You got to have one of their large Strawberry shakes

Waited for about 20 minutes for 2 large chocolate dip cones. The ice cream was soft and not cold enough. Staff was very helpful. So maybe get the ice cream machine to make colder ice cream.
