We go there on Sundays after church if we don't do cracker barrel. This has got to be one of the most unorganized place of business I have ever seen. I wait ungodly amount of time for simple chicken baskets then am given someone elses food and have to wait longer. Next time same wait only this time she gives me the drinks and I wait 20 min at the window while they are walking out the side door and delivering food to the next 4/5 cars behind me. They finally see im pissed and open the window and I quote " did you need something?" ? umm my food. She says oh yea they're getting it. Wait 10 more minutes and 30 min later we have 3 chicken strip baskets. This wouldn't be a big deal if i didn't see this happen EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO THIS EXACT DAIRY QUEEN!!. There's no other near and my kids love the chicken so please hire some people who don't stand around and talk the whole time. I used to own a restaurant so I can see tons of errors in desperate need of fixing. I cant be the only one.

Best customer service we've encountered in a long time. The evening crew appeared to be mostly teenagers and they were the most polite and courteous young adults that have served us in quite a while. Way to go evening crew ( 8pm September 30th, 2023)! Keep up the great work! God Bless!

I've been to a lot of Dairy Queen's in my life and I can honestly say this is the worst one that I've ever had the displeasure of going to. They upcharge you for stuff that they then don't put on and can't make anything right to save their lives. This is the most disappointing restaurant that I've ever been to.
