Great place for a quick lunch or for a dinner date.The dishes seem to be a step up from a lot of similar restaurants, there's really not a bad item on the menu, the staff is always friendly, and it's just a nice place to enjoy a meal with friends and family. This one is a regular stop for us on a Friday night or a Sunday lunch.
The food and service are always excellent! Sometimes when you dine in here, you may get a close up view of the most exciting thing in La Grange - the train!! Seriously, though. Great drinks, great food, friendly, excellent service. What more could you want? And the town is super cute! Worth a visit!

Finally tried this place after my mom's recommendation, and it did not disappoint! The service was friendly and efficient. Food came out SO fast. The chips were warm, salsa fresh and actually had onion chunks. I had mole enchiladas which were great, but the plantains and black beans & rice were also amazing and rounded out the meal. My hubby loved his fajita burrito covered in cheese. He thought it was the best Mexican spot we've tried around Louisville/Buckner/Madison IN. We'll certainly be back! (Also loved the margs- not overly sweet like most places!)

Ernestos Mexican Cuisine delivered a perfect dinner for us on a very cold evening. Food arrived quickly as ordered. The meal was delicious and very much appreciated.

Go to Gustavo’s instead. Poor customer service . We booked a party for 36. They double booked and canceled our party the day of the party. The staff person who was supposed to relay the final count supposedly never relayed the message. Don’t ever book a party here. Gustavo’s saved the day.
It was a lovely date, for sure.La Grange itself is pretty unique; the downtown has a train track that runs straight through it! It was honestly a romantic punctuation to my fantastic dinner.The plates were tasty, the food wasn't especially unique but it was very delicious, and delivered on time and piping hot. Standouts for me were; the guacamole and the spicy margaritas!

Can I just say Holy Guacamole!?? Soooo good, perfectly chunky, perfectly seasoned. There's a meal right there (no justice in this pic). What a hidden gem, I'd be there every week! I didn't order a margarita but the beer was nice and cold. Looks fairly new, well lit and a great place to watch a game.
