Best pizza in Louisville, true NY style pizza. Excellent.

Really good food but the hours for this place makes no logical sense. Should be open longer for people and bring more money to this place.

Being from the east coast, NY style is my top tier pizza. Finding a shop that delivers on that this far from New York is truly a blessing. My only gripe is the hours, but when the pizza is this good, you gotta make the time to get over there and try it. Still a 5 star for me.

Great breakfast, great pizza, great subs and great desserts.

Terrible hours! So many people I know and coworkers from Norton Health care want to try this place but their hours don’t allot the time for us to go since we work during the day. Feels like these hours are catered to retired folks only. I have never heard of a pizza place being closed on weekends and closing at 2 during the week!! They are losing a huge amount of business with these terrible, limited hours.

I've heard a lot about this place. Being from NYC it made sense to go and try it. I gotta say for being in KY, this pizza is as close as a NYC slice as you're going to get. Heck, there are places in NYC that no longer get it right. This slice has the foldability of a NYC slice and crispy but not burnt bottom. Apparently they order their dough from NJ, that's the key ingredient and it works. If you're in the area and not ordering from these guys, I don't know what to tell you, other than straighten yourself out. Stop ordering from the chains and get a pie to take home. The cheese and sauce flavor isn't exactly like home, but that's a preference thing. Everything else is on the money and well worth it. It's worth taking note and ordering from here if you're local- take it from me an actual NYer who eats NYC style pizza regularly. 5:5 starsOn to the service, the woman who served me was very polite and attentive, but the man in the kitchen who overheard our conversation seemed very annoyed by the conversation. It's okay, maybe he was having a bad day. Who knows, but word to the wise, customers take note of how their presence is taken. Silence and stares that look like disdain don't go over well with visitors or customers. Again I'm not local and I didn't stay long, and I've since returned home; I'd probably return to order again, but if I felt like I wasn't welcomed I'd stop doing business here even if the slice reminded me of home. Don't let that stop you from ordering though, that slice is good. 4:5 starsAtmosphere, it had classic booth arrangements for a pizza place and tons of posters and items referring to NYC, including an old poster of the Twin Towers pre 9/11. It's odd to see the towers anywhere post 9/11 and while most people from outside of NYC don't have a connection to them, as a NYer who was near when it happened it's still triggering 20 years since. Then there were the DiMaggio posters and other things. Right on track for pizzeria decor. 5:5 stars
