Went through drive thru last night between 7pm-8pm my husband went inside to cancel our order after not having his wallet. The manger was so nice and gave us all of our food for free including ice cream. The order wasn’t cheap and it made our whole night. My son was so excited and thankful. Kindness goes such a long way and it gives me faith in this community. I will definitely be back!

I found Freddy's a couple weeks ago and have been back several times already. A steak burger is nothing new, but Freddy's makes them their own. My favorite is the double jalapeno steak burger. Their shoestring fries are always fresh and seasoned perfectly, but their cheese curds are fantastic, and the frozen custard is great, I like to get the malts, vanilla or chocolate you can't go wrong. The only issue I have is that there isn't one closer to where I live. *For EV drivers, they do have a few spots to charge*Vegetarian options: There's not many to be honest, they have a plant based burger, and maybe a couple other things.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu, and mascots that don't take away from adult dining experience. Not to mention many frozen custard selections like the dirt and worms. Custard with Oreo crumbs and gummy worms.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp leading the building and they have handicapped spaces.

The short girl with curly hair and glasses was very rude it took forever to get the order they said I needed to come in to confirm my identity and they didn’t even do anything but hand me my order. So if you decide to come to this over priced place don’t do it second shift when she works. I will be calling corporate Monday morning and door dash as soon as I get done on this order. She also said that I won’t be back.

Have visited this location on several occasions and the food is usually good but the most recent trip resulted in an incorrect order. The young lady at the counter also complained about being busy because people either late or not showing up. Got to do better to justify a $35 order for a family of 3.

This was my first time at Freddy's. My hamburger was good. They mash them flat so the edges were crispy. The fries are shoestring with seasoning. Not too salty. Hubby and I shared a mini cup of frozen custard. Yummy ?. Looking forward to a trip for a Concrete treat.Parking: I drive a F250. The lot is very tight. You can park at Tractor Supply and walk through the lot.

Food was really good. I love the crispy edges of the burger. I’ll order with no mustard or at least less next time. Everyone was also nice and friendly. We were there about 7:30-8:00pm and you could tell it was late in the day from an upkeep standpoint. Things were ready to be cleaned and straightened up. Only true disappointment was they were out of sweet tea. I had to put Splenda in unsweetened tea. First world problems…right.
