I don't give 5 star reviews very often, but this experience was truly stellar. First off, I have a gluten allergy, and when I ordered gluten free bread, the employees immediately wiped down all the surfaces and equipment very thoroughly without me even asking. And they were super busy at the time too! Second, the staff were very friendly and efficient and made a sandwich that was super delicious and I genuinely enjoyed eating. To top off the experience, the store was spic and span – no trash on the floor, clean bathrooms, clean workspace, and they even had a mini trash can for straw wrappers on the counter by the soda! (it's the little things sometimes :)
As a traveler looking for good stops on my route, this is one I will be returning to when I pass this way again!!

Sad to make a one start review. Our first time trying jersey mikes while we were on the road. So we weren’t going to turn around after getting our sandwiches and being disappointed. We were greeted by the most polite employee, I wish I got his name! Dark hair, extremely personable and patient with us while we tried to figure out the menu. Moving down to the cashier, a large grumpy man with no type of conversation even as we tried to speak and make silly jokes with him! After we paid, he stood there at the register completely ignoring his own employee next to him that also tried to make conversation. On to the food! It was delicious! I took 4 bites before noticing a hair STUCK in my bread. Not in my sandwich, but appeared to have been baked inside the bread. I had to pull it and tear pieces of bread off just to get it out all the way. Slightly long and red. Ruined my appetite and lost out on $12 because of how grossed out I was. Hubby had a different style of bread and enjoyed his sandwich with no complaints. But the women in the establishment should definitely be wearing hair nets to avoid health concerns.

Ive never had an issue with the Jersey Mike's in lagrange Ky. Wonderful staff that always greets with a smile and are kind. My orders always come out perfect. Im so happy to have yall in our hometown. Keep up the amazing work!

I am so disappointed! This is the 4th lunch in a row where I have gotten day old bread. I expect this from subway but not y'all. It seems when I order from the app this happens. Also, I get inconsistencies with what "extra cheese" means or LIGHT JUICE and LIGHT LETTUCE. When I order in person, everything is great. Whats the difference in using the app and in person? So sad! Also I won't be tipping prior to getting my food orders anymore! When I was a waitress, I never got tipped before serving and tasting my food, neither will fast food employees get it from me anymore.
I hope they take this feedback as constructive criticism and actually improve. Their service is insanely slow. Over 30 minutes for a sandwich is ridiculous, especially when it’s almost every time I go in and it does not matter if they are busy or not. I’ve given them multiple tries before writing this review.
