I love this store! Everyone is very friendly and helpful, but the meat department needs some training. I ended up with more fat than meat. It’s FAT brisket instead of FLAT brisket.

I feel like I'm shopping at Walmart when I go to Kroger now. There are more self check outs than actual cashiers. Self check out isn't for a family of 4 shopping for the week with a full cart. With children in the cart screaming and the lines not moving this is terrible customer service. BRING THE CASHIERS BACK!

I ran in to get flowers (we are from AZ but visiting family in Westport) and a very sweet lady named Mariah helped me. She went above and beyond. I so appreciated how she refilled the vase with fresh water and added a few flowers to make sure it was a full and beautiful arrangement.
