We ordered the chicken and fish sandwiches. Our order was prepared quickly and both came hot and as ordered. Sadly we went to stop at the Rally's in LaGrange KY, but it had been closed. So we won't be able to enjoy their food as easily as we used to. We are sad to see our Rally's close.

Raw bloody chicken and mozzarella sticks that looked and felt like they were soaking in the kitchen sink. No offer for refund or anything. Took 15 minutes to give me raw, uncooked food. If I end up getting sick, I won't hesitate to contact a lawyer.

We was at the window for ten minutes and nobody took our order so went through drive thru and set there for 10 minutes well everybody was out back sitting at the picnic tables so finally the boy run from the picnic tables to the door to take our order then our french fries were cold and greasy with a old taste and our hamburgers was just throw together I will never go back to Rally's at night time but all the day crew is great people

Usually they get it correct . It's hot and good 95 % of my experiences there .... However , how on Earth , do you run out of fries .... Just stopped and had to go somewhere else because they are out of fries . Come on Rally's really

Yesterday evening me and my husband and daughter went through the drive-through of Rally's in Lagrange Kentucky and we made a pretty good size order by the time we got to the window to get our food and pay for it the young man that was standing at the drive-thru window serving out the drive-thru window was too busy worried about the little bitty blonde girl standing at the window in front of Riley's and failed to give half of our order failed to give our drinks the food that we did get was cold it was nasty a very disgusting and will never eat at Lagrange Kentucky Riley's restaurant ever again and I wouldn't advise anybody else to either because the food was very very nasty and I've never had nasty food from Rally's but Lagrange Kentucky is Riley has very nasty food

I got a sandwich with bacon on it today for lunch and the paper was left on the bacon. there were cooking marks on the paper. that was not a great surprise with that bite! blech! inspect before you eat!!!

We ordered the new philly cheesesteak sandwiches (which weren't even listed on the menu board) because of a TV advertisement that looked good. Cheap, yes. But I can count the small pieces of meat it had on one hand. My husband hates a bread sandwich and went to ask for more meat and that he would pay extra. The guy raked his finger across the meat and said this is our philly sandwich! Did NOT apologize, did NOT offer to replace the food he contaminated, did NOT make another sandwich adding more meat and charge for it, he just argued and shut the window (walk up restaurant) while my husband was still talking!! THIS Rally's is attached to a Speedway gas station and is the DIRTIEST, unappealing walk-up fast food establishment I've ever seen. It has been an odd place for years which is why we've only been there one other time in the 10 years we've lived in La Grange. The signage, windows, sidewalk, inside and workers really need to clean up professionally and physically. This place is just another embarrassment to Oldham county fast food restaurants.
