The birria and the crunchy tacos were delicious. The taco shells stayed crunchy the whole time and were packed with flavor and fresh ingredients. The tortilla chips were house made, you could tell. I have found my new favorite Mexican spot after moving to town recently.

Sofia’s is ALWAYS fresh. I’ve yet to get something I didn’t enjoy while here. Everything I’ve tried is amazing. Love a good burrito but the fajitas are top notch. Salsa is refreshing. Pico is delicious. Birria and barbacoa are to die for. The staff is absolutely the best. It’s our weekly date spot and I wouldn’t change it for anything.

Our new favorite authentic Mexican place! We were on the opposite side of town today and stopped here because we were hungry. Wow! The food was fantastic! Muy bien! The rice was buttery. Cheese dip for the homemade chips was amazing. We got quesadillas and barely spoke to each other as we were in a food bliss state. Very friendly, clean, quick service. Outstanding! We will be back for special occasions. Well worth the hour drive.

First time visiting. Not busy so we got seated quickly. Chips were very greasy. Tacos were ok but grilled chicken didn't have any seasoning. Waitress was very friendly though.
