I love everything I have had from here, but of coarse the tacos are to die for. Homemade tortillas made with love are the best! The owner/chef is a master. I love this place, I’m a travel MA and anytime I’m scheduled to come out here, I order from her. ♥️♥️

My wife, her Grandpa and I just went here for dinner. Came in right at 6 pm which is good apparently, started getting fairly busy starting about 6:30.
My wife and her grandpa got the chimichangas, shredded chicken, and fajita chicken respectively. I had two chicken tacos, and two chorizo tacos. (See photos).
The shredded chicken chimichanga was REALLY good. The beans were pretty good, but the rice left a lot to be desired unfortunately. Tacos were tasty, but I feel like the chorizo could use a bit more kick, seems like all their tortillas and chips are made inhouse (not confirmed).
Service was excellent, and the restaurant was quiet enough to easily talk amongst our party (a rarity these days). All in all a positive experience.

Ordered: pollo taco, carnita taco, side refried beans, empanadas. The carnitas were AMAZING, but the chicken left something to be desired. I found the seasoning made it taste kind of like seafood. Horchata was good-don't forget to ask for some! Would go again.

I hate to do this to a small locally owned restaurant but my wife and I literally just left this place because after walking in and sitting at a table for about 10 minutes with 2 employees seeing us come in and take a table, we were not greeted at all and were totally ignored despite they only having 6 other customers.
We really wanted to give them a chance, but they blew it.
Walked 1/2 a block to Ernesto’s where we are now seated where we greeted immediately and had our drinks within minutes.

Delicious food! One of our top two Oldham county Mexican restaurant choices. Fresh, hot food, big portions, homemade chips. All so good. Does have handicap accessible ramp, but in need of repair. Will absolutely be returning.
