Very tasty! I was looking for some more authentic flavor and traditional dishes, not an Americanized version and I feel like they delivered. All of it was good. Loved the crunchy chips!
The birria and the crunchy tacos were delicious. The taco shells stayed crunchy the whole time and were packed with flavor and fresh ingredients. The tortilla chips were house made, you could tell. I have found my new favorite Mexican spot after moving to town recently.

Sofia’s is ALWAYS fresh. I’ve yet to get something I didn’t enjoy while here. Everything I’ve tried is amazing. Love a good burrito but the fajitas are top notch. Salsa is refreshing. Pico is delicious. Birria and barbacoa are to die for. The staff is absolutely the best. It’s our weekly date spot and I wouldn’t change it for anything.
