The service is historically awful. I mean really. I have to ask for a bag with every order. Like, we do this everyday. now we're at the point where the app says this location is out of half of all food items, historically over the last 3 weeks. And it gets even worse when l've placed an order, twice now, and the app indicates it's ready then I walk in and nobody has even started it. I could also probably really go without being screamed YOURE WELCOME at by the two morning girls who resemble each other when I beg for a bag for multiple items, again everyday. I'm not thanking anyone at this store, let's make this VERY clear.

Staff are so kind and friendly! One employee (unfortunately forgot to ask name) was such a sweetheart! She recommended me a drink since my favorite was out. I stayed for over 5 minutes just talking! Everyone was great and my drink tastes so good. I wish I lived closer so I could come back!

I ordered a tall Spiced Chai Latte hit drink. It's very cold outside. I was introduced to chai by coworkers from India and Nepal 55 years ago. I am not a chai neophyte. This was absolutely the worst, most disgusting, nauseatingly sickening sweet drink I have ever had in my mouth. Two small sips upset my stomach. A third small sip almost 10 minutes later gave me a pounding headache. I can't drink it. It's like half or more of the cup was filled with sweetener and whatever else is in it to change the color was an afterthought. What a waste of money! Almost $5 for something I have to pour out. I am very unhappy about it. I doubt I'll ever buy a drink from this Starbucks again, and I will most certainly not buy another Spiced Chai Latte from any Starbucks ever again.

When you only have one employee working it makes the wait time horribly long. Not to mention how overworked that poor girl is she needs a raise!! Even when she was swamped with orders she was always friendly. I believe her name was Kat
