The young lady on the register was hopefully just starting or having a bad day. She didn't put my order in correctly, charging me more than double what I ordered, we had to fix that; she provided wrong items; we had to fix that; I paid in cash, she couldn't count change, and she gave me 4+ times more change than I had coming back, we had to fix that. She wasn't impolite, but she was certainly inept.

I just wanted to share a wonderful experience I had at Taco Bell in LaGrange. The Manager’s name was Eric that helped us. One of their benches had a nail coming up and it snagged and tore a huge hole in my leggings. We got Eric to come out and fix the nail and he offered to replace my pants.He was so kind and I felt like such a hassle and he was quick to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. The space was so clean, the cashier was so helpful, and the food looked and tasted wonderful.We’re so quick to complain. I just wanted to lift them up and share my great experience.

The night crew got my order correctly but when I got home and starting eating nacho bell grande. I dipped another chip in and pulled out a long black hair that was mixed in my grande. I stopped eating it after that. I did try to call twice to the store and after it rang a little bit I got a busy tone. Since I couldn’t get ahold of anybody up there my last resort is leaving a review so they can fix this problem by having they’re cooks wear hair nets and making sure they’re hair is pulled back all the way while handling food.

USED DRIVE THROUGH TODAY, TOLD THE INCOMPETENT PERSON WORKING NO CHEESE, HE REPEATED IT AND STILL PUT CHEESE ON THE TACOS, THANK YOU FOR MESSING UP OUR MEAL AND DINNER.

order was incorrect, cold and parts were missing. it was an order placed on the app. the employee tried to give us two other people’s orders before handing us ours. i will say the employees were very polite, they are just kids!

Kids running store and no adult on shift. Party with friends and had door locked and driveway closed at 11:30 and turned off the Taco Bell Sign. We filmed them partying and smelled weed that they smoked . night shift is horrible. Door dash employees refuses to go there. Theft of food shipped out the door. Have seen with my own eyes. Went Friday at 5:00 and was told no beef or chicken left so the kid playing manger closed and locked doors and drive through. Have been watching them for weeks and have learned when a police officer gets food the one with glasses puts his hand down his paint and scratches his testicels and thinks its funny. Now. Would anyone want to eat there ????? I do short utube videos and this will go viral. Give me a month and will post.
