Wow! I am surprised at all the 5 stars.My experience was VERY different.My Hunan chicken turned into Sichuan chicken but that wasn't so bad because I like both. The sad part is the meal was barely lukewarm. It even had a congealed gravy, if you can call it that. (See photo) but absolutely no sauce...only clumps of what I am guessing would be gravy if it was at the right temp. Very sad. The same of the spring rolls...cold ?Do you think it was because I did not give a tip? This is exactly why I did not give a tip nor do I "before I have seen and tasted the food."

Orders are always accurate, fast, decently priced. The son is always really cool and provides the down low on the authentic cuisine. Never once had an issue, everything is consistent. My family and I like this place a lot, and that is why we continue to return

I walked in to order food and the employee behind the counter just looked at me, yawned and turned his back to me. Then a woman came from the back, looked at me and then turned around and walked in the back once again. I was standing at the counter the entire time ready to order. But after that I just turned around and left. Horrible customer service.

I read reviews so I thought this place would be great. So here’s an honest review. Egg roll was ok, not terrible. Chicken lo mein was absolutely disgusting and tasted like rotten seafood which I find strange because 1 there was no seafood in it and 2 it shouldn’t have been rotten. The general tso chicken was absolutely hard like a rock and tasted like an unwashed rear end. That’s all I have to say and I’m highly disappointed because it was $40 and our first time going here. Won’t return

Came here cause jumbo buffet is closed on Tuesdays and id rather of got a happy meal cause this was a sad meal. 0/10 do not

First time ordering from here and was highly disappointed. I got sesame chicken and fried wonton. Flavor was bland and the egg roll was disgusting. This could just be my taste palet but i didnt finish it and threw it away and my stomach has hurt since eating it.

I’m not the biggest fan of Chinese food, but my husband is, so I decided to try this place mainly to make him happy. However, this is some of the best Chinese food I’ve had! Hot, tasty, fresh—and it was ready in 5 minutes. Restaurant was clean and the owner was very kind and friendly. Would highly recommend.
First time trying today and it was awesome. Food was hot and tasted better than a lot of others I've tried in louisville. Love the Crab Ragoon!

I ordered honey chicken and sub lo mein for the rice with a price difference. With an order of fried wontons.Lo mein was gross, noodles were just one big clump with no taste.Chicken was not the best, but was edible.I was surprised to hear the price of this terrible food being $30.00First and Last time ever for this place.

The WOK is so good! Never have I had more flavorful Chinese food. I got the Sesame Chicken with a little extra spice and it was amazing! It came with a side of fried rice, which wasn't anything crazy but still pretty good. It also came with an egg roll which was super flavorful and perfectly crispy! I went with 2 of my friends and it took about 20 minutes, which may seem like a long time but that is because they made everything on the spot, if you want flavor you gotta be OK with the wait. They weren't playing any music and the dinning room wasn't very big, 4 tables to be exact, so definitely plan on takeout for big groups. Overall l, it was so good, I will definitely be back!
