The food was horrible. The omelet was broken. All the additions, such as onions and cheese, were not on it as I asked for. Hash browns were hard and over cooked. I was served sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea. White toast rather than wheat toast.I figured if I asked for what they served me, then I would have been served what I actually wanted.I won't eat there again.

Our server was great, but that's where it ends. The floor was GROSS! Sat at the bar and was disgusted by the food prep area and the food all over the floor. The manager was calling out instructions, very loudly, the entire time. The menu was extremely limited and the food just wasn't good. But, they were fast and very friendly.

Food is always fantastic. It’s clean in there and the crew is nice. The manager of that Waffle House is my favorite! She’s always helping her employees and greeting every guest that comes in and goes out of her way to make sure everyone has a good experience. My favorite Waffle House.

My wife has picked up food twice from the Lagrange location in the past month. Both times she has had issues with the staff. The first time the staff said she couldn't order to go because they were tired after a big rush came through on a Saturday. So she had to drive to Shelbyville to get our food made. Then today on her way home she decided to stop an grab breakfast. She said the male staff was very nice but the female staff were rude. They demanded that she not sit at the booth by the door because she was getting a to go order. She said that only 5 other customers were in the store. So she didn't see why this would be an issue but apparently it was a big deal to them. It's a huge inconvenience to have to drive 20 miles out of the way to get decent service from a waffle house. We enjoy waffle house in general but will not be going back to the Lagrange KY location. Both Shelbyville locations always have friendly and welcoming staff and even the extra 30 mile round trip with be worth it too have the positive staff interactions.
