We were traveling from Louisville back to Northern Kentucky and stopped in at Wendy's through the drive-thru. I believe it was about 20 minutes until they closed. When we pulled up to the speaker we were told that they would take our order, but that didn't mean that we would actually get our order by the time we got there. I guess it was close to closing time? Very confused as to why they would take our order and then not actually serve us when we got to the window. Seen quite a few other cars taking off before and after us. We not even bothered and left. Definitely won't be stopping back by. Not a good atmosphere at all. The person was very rude

We arrived quite late here last night and ordered some food. Service was pleasant, and we got both of our orders rather quickly for how late / close to closing time it was. The food was fresh, but it wasn't 5 stars. Still would recommend this location.

We were traveling and wanted a quick to go meal and Wendy's was very convenient. We were in and out pretty fast and continued our travel.

Really bad service. Waited patiently after order. Got passed up 4 times after other people getting their food.
Continued waiting for another 20 mins. Had to ask for my food again. Handed a bag and still missing things. Second or third time I’ve been in lately that it’s been bad.

Your standard Wendy's, always tasty. My wife accidentally knocked he fries on the floor and they gladly replaced them, no charge.

Stopped in just as they were about ready to start lunch service, had 8 orders to place on one bill, then a stand alone order. Needed them all bagged seperate. Keaton (I believe) was great and pleasant the whole time. Manager Anthony helped find the one missing burger, and I was back out of there in no time! Best fast food experience I have had in a long time.
