The food was fresh so that’s good, but watching it from the drive through it was just a hangout for the male teen staff. 5:50-6 pm January 7th 2026, witnessed the male staff playing frisbee with the cup trays throwing it back and forth with a “customer” and dropping it continuously and picking it up off the floor and re throwing it through the kitchen ! Disgusting. And the “customer” proceeding to have a stack of these cup trays pressed against his face and dirty shirt and setting them back down on the counter for people to use. Honestly baffled that the manager stood around for that to be happening. I can say the girl working the window with the braids seemed to be the only hard worker there . But does it really matter how fresh the food is when the workers touching it with their dirty floor hands ? Hopefully the owner has cameras and can see how these kids are ruining their business.

We were traveling from Louisville back to Northern Kentucky and stopped in at Wendy's through the drive-thru. I believe it was about 20 minutes until they closed. When we pulled up to the speaker we were told that they would take our order, but that didn't mean that we would actually get our order by the time we got there. I guess it was close to closing time? Very confused as to why they would take our order and then not actually serve us when we got to the window. Seen quite a few other cars taking off before and after us. We not even bothered and left. Definitely won't be stopping back by. Not a good atmosphere at all. The person was very rude
This location is always slow and the bacon on my burger was overdone and greasy, not the 1st time either 🤬

We arrived quite late here last night and ordered some food. Service was pleasant, and we got both of our orders rather quickly for how late / close to closing time it was. The food was fresh, but it wasn't 5 stars. Still would recommend this location.
