Our server was named Jacob and he was fantastic! He never let the drink go empty and was very quick and super friendly. It was our first time going and we will definitely be back and hopefully have him again. The food was hot and fresh and worth the drive up there.

We split the fish sandwich because it is so big and so good. Had the homemade clam chowder, really, really good. AND our server Elizabeth was fantastic, very happy and knowledgeable about the menu. Service was excellent. We will be back. Thanks Barleycorn's Lakeside Park.

Food is great but you can get that at any other location. My bad review is related to a server named Megan. If you like a server that pays 0 attention to her tables and ignore you, you found the one! Forgot to bring out our fries, provided 1 refill after we had to wave her over, then failed to bring me my to go box 3 times in a row. The icing on the cake was I told her I wasn’t happy with the service and she replied “I’m happy you enjoyed your service”. Will not be going back when there is another location 10 minutes away.

The server was excellent, but it took a while for the food to come out. When it did, the burgers, mushroom appetizer, mac & cheese, onion rings, and wrap were great, but the saratoga chips were a little overcooked. Not enough to keep us from returning, though - we are definitely fans of the atmosphere, location, and menu selections.
Food was great and service was excellent. Good choice of beers and plenty of tv's to watch your favorite event.Parking: There is plenty of free parking behind the restaurant.
We were seated right away, but the entrance was a small area which was a little confusing as to whether we came in the right door. There was a stairway to the right upon walking in, and no one was there to greet us initially. Then someone came and took us upstairs to be seated at a small table squished among many other tables, including one right next to us with a huge, loud group of people.It was super crowded and extremely loud, which wasn’t for us. We could barely hear each talk other over all the noise. It’s definitely a loud, crowded sports bar with lots of TVs. So if that’s what you’re after, this is the place. We were just looking for an interesting grill atmosphere with good food, and were disappointed.The food was okay. Burger and fish, both of which were meh. The steamed broccoli was good though.Parking was challenging since it was so crowded.Parking: Crowded parking lot.

The new menu has eliminated a lot of our old favorites and really cut back on the number of choices. Wish they hadn't done that. What we did get tasted fine though.
