Truly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. We live in town so when we need something fast to eat it’s either McDonald’s or Dairy Queen. You can repeat your order 5x and it will still always be wrong. If you ask them to double check for sauces or anything you always get attitude. There is one man there who is so sweet and positive every time we go through the drive thru. Other than that food is always cold/old tasting and order is never right. Feel like I’m just paying for a mystery box of food every time we’re there.

As tight as money is for everyone right now it’s sad that management can’t do better at running a restaurant so people get quality food for their money!

This McDonald’s is by far the worst I’ve had experience with. I try to avoid stopping here but out of convenience and the slight chance they may actually do it right. I am disappointed once again. The fries are almost never fresh, today they were as if sitting in trashcan for days. Nuggets are always dry, sitting for hours I’m sure. Staff is unprofessional. This location needs their franchise licensing revoked.

this is genuinely of the worst mcdonald’s i’ve been to. everyone i’ve ever came across with during conversation while getting my food always have an attitude and service is extremely slow. today we did an online pickup order to only have to wait 25 minutes for our cold and burnt food. very disappointed.

Worst ever! Had to wait inside lobby for 30 minutes for my food, then another 5 minutes for 2 frappes which were pitiful looking and actually made by the grumpy manager. No apologies for my wait time. Actually grabbed my bag when I said needed my drinks and huffed away to make them. Get home , opened the cheeseburger that was in the happy meal and it literally looked like the bottom bun which wasn't even a chesseburger bun, it was a breakfast bun looked as if it had been scraped off the floor. There was onions and other debris all over the bottom of the bun. Two nasty looking beef Patty's on it also. It was snowing and cold already spent too much time there didn't want to go back and get even more upset so I just tossed it, felt like I should write this review because this place is horrible!!!!!

Consistently the worst McDonald's I've ever encountered. No matter how many chances I give this McDonald's (because of locality to my house). The store just can't get it right. Now even the food is bad. Buns are not fresh and nothing of the store was good with the exception of person working the window, actually did an ok job. Management usually has an attitude if you ever complain and demands that you bring the food back when you do complain. Not taking into consideration that people may not have the time to go back out and definitely out of their way. Especially when they was the one that messed up. Makes you feel as though they were the ones who messed up. But accusing you of not being honest or something. Instead of realizing they have a problem or maybe just doesn't care. Either way will NEVER eat there again. Would rather donate my money to a worthy cause and go hungry. By the way, this is the worst review I have ever given any business and I do it hesitantly because I like to try and give people/businesses a chance. But have given up hope on any chances that this store will turn around. ☹️

I don’t have a complaint about the food but I experienced something that was very unprofessional by the GM speaking to another employee out in the store front where us customers where and the GM was very loud and disrespectful to her employee. I am sure there is an office in this establishment and that’s where discussions should happen! I would consider taking the title from the GM or put her through training to become a better GM. After I eat my meal inside I approach the employee because I could see she was upset and checked on the employee in conversation I realize the employee that got yelled out wasnt even working the night things happened. Very embarrassing and so unprofessional!
Man I don’t know how it’s this hard to make a burger the correct way Instead this I just threw it away cause it looks like it was picked up off the floor and put in a bag such a shame

Just went thru drive thru on our way home Ordered 2 qtr pndr meals and the food was fresh and delicious!! The only thing that was off was my attitude about waiting on fires! In my defense its been a 20 hour day. It was the best McDonald's I have had in a long time! Thank you!

No matter what time of day you show up, the service is extremely slow, and they can almost never make an order correctly. Not sure what’s going on at this McDonald’s but something needs adjusting. 10 plus minutes waiting at curbside pickup is pretty ridiculous

Almost every time my family and I have gone to this McDonald’s it’s a bad experience either our order is completely wrong and has to be taken back in to be fixed, or the food is cold, the buns being stale countless of times, even the food having a a funky taste.
