We have eaten at Piggin Out multiple times. It has been amazing every time. Food is always hot, fresh and the servings are very generous. They have the best hamburgers around. If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re definitely missing out.
As a chef, I love trying out food that is just darn yummy. As of late I been loving the pig fries. However when I went in today, the pig fries were more like pig nachos. Just simply too much cheese and hardly any BBQ sauce. And the pulled pork did not have that smokey flavor or any kind of seasoning as it used to. Not sure if there's a change in cook or preparation but probably wont be back again after the quality of the food being served.
This was my first time visiting this place in the tiny rural town of Lancaster, and I was pleasantly surprised.
The atmosphere and decor were welcoming and somewhat nostalgic, even the bathroom was uniquely decorated.
We had about 8 in our party and food was served pretty much at the same time, rather than staggering.
