Manager was rude. Employee was rude. Order at drive thru. Maybe have a better attitude next time. I order 8 Mc muffins Ask some simple questions and they were rude and made faces. Please have a better work environment McDonald's. If they don't like their job. Just don't work there. Simple as that.

Not a good McDonalds. Cold fries. Kiosks don’t work Counter service is an interruption to the employees, just watch their body language. Do NOT toss your receipt, you’ll need it to get hot fries, and when they rudely place your order on the counter for you to pick it up, they call the number and immediately retreat into the kitchen to continue to gossip, loudly. Sorry children, nobody cares about your phone updgrades.

3/26/2025 at 10:30p.m I don't know if they where high or what, but no customers where inside and i was the only one in the drive through, i waited for 20 mins for my 3 items, 2 double chesse burger plain and a 10 piece chicken nugget. I assumed they where making something fresh with it taken so long, NOPE wasnt even hot enough to melt my chesse, nuggets was room temperature.

When you order a sundae at this location you only get a half cup. “You only get two pumps” an unpleasant employee said (skinny dark haired woman). I literally have never heard about that rule.

Did a mobile. Had my fry bag sitting open on a tray so of course my fries are cold. Failed system.

I was very upset. Asked them to switch/exchange my unopened ketchup packet to ranch. The girl said sure, took my ketchup, threw it in the trash and told me she had to charge me for the ranch. Now, for that she should've told me no, can't switch, but I can sell you ranch. And let me keep the ketchup. What is the difference between her touching the packet with her bare hands and me touching it? Why was it ok for her to hand me the ketchup packet/ranch packet but once I touched it she had to throw it in the trash? Why wouldn't she tell me ahead of time that she couldn't exchange instead of taking it from me and throwing it in the trash and then charge me for the ranch? I was not happy! Hence, just because she upset me, I did not buy the ranch and she had to give me another ketchup. What a waste. If she had been upfront with me instead of acting as she did, I would've bought it, no problem.
Couldn’t understand the girl taking orders in Drive thru due to chewing gum . Get to the pick up window the young man just hands us the food didn’t say a word . I could have gotten anyone order .told him what i ordered and ask if that’s what was in the bag . Bad service all the way around
