My family and I came in this evening to get dinner and they refused to serve us 10 minutes after 9pm stating they were closed... but online it clearly says they are open until 10pm. And i watched them serve someone right before denying me

Great food absolutely love the smiles when we walk in there the girls Toni Brittany Jackie were 3 favorite they know how to make a sandwich with a smile and talked the whole time like we been friends for years defently think them are the best employees i would come back every day just for that .. thanks again for the laughs lady i hooe you get to see this review and brighyen your day like yall did mine

Every single time we come to Pilot the subway is always closed or there’s a on break sign. We hung around one day for 45 mins waiting for them to come back and no one showed up. We tried the grab and go case and got food poisoning little did we know the date stickers had been replaced with a newer date. This is unacceptable and quite honestly dangerous to your customers.

The worker there named Hannah on April 23rd at about 715 pm was very polite, attentive, and quick. Walked up to the counter and she was already there quick with a smile and warm personality. Type of person that makes you feel good talking to them. Made my whole experience amazing. Wish every subway at a pilot/flying j I go to had a Hannah that worked there.

Based on previous reviews we may have dodged a bullet. Attempted to get lunch only to be told we would not be served because she was too busy doing other things. Only to find out it was a break she was doing. Rude and unprofessional.

Yeah, this is a chain store, inside a chain store but the sandwich artist that made my foot-long veggie delight Sandwich packed it full and it tasted great! They were kinda backed up when I got in line, but one of the cashiers from the convenience store jumped in to help and got all of us through pretty quickly! Good meal! Awesome service!
