Very bad customer service bad attitude gay guy with green nail polish dont wear gloves forgot to give me my cheese on my chicken after waiting like 15-20mins for it. wen i came back gave me attitude & didn’t even give me my refund i gave them back the food cause it was nasty. This the worst customer service i ever had

I will NEVER eat arbys again. This was my last experience with them. It cost enough to get a good sit down meal amd all we got was junk food. The curly fries were very over cooked amd horrble. Portion size was ridiculous. Drinks were so full of ice that there was hardly no drink in them. The batter was nasty and bitter. Makes me sick that they got any money from me when i would pay to not have eaten it

The inside is under construction, so I should cut them some slack. If it wasn't for the beef not being Arby's beef, I usually love a good Arby's. The meat was thick cut and just not anything I was used to with their roast beef. Tasted more of a French dip you get at a bowling alley. So sad
Love Arby's......always have. Feel like I am eating better than the hamburger places. Having turkey or chicken is so nice. Wish chicken salad was all year!

I ordered the 2 for $7 beef and cheeder sandwiches. What I got were 2 COLD roast beef sandwiches with tomato, onion, pickles, shredded lettuce and a slice of cheese. (See photo) On a prior visit, I ordered regular roast beef sandwiches and got roast beef sandwiches dressed like the new burger they're selling. I thought it was a fluke, but after my second try at this restaurant, I think maybe they don't know how to prepare the sandwiches they sell.
