I really like cedarwood. It has a great atmosphere, with good food. The prices are fair also. I like the fact that it's not a chain restaurant I eat there quite often.

If you’re looking for a local greasy spoon then his is for you. What we ate tasted good. Nothing had a wow factor, but it was not bad. I tried a omelette and biscuit with gravy. We also split a cinnamon roll. All my food was good. Quality of food used is better than most. For the area it’s an exceptional. If I went back I think would get biscuits and gravy and gravy I was really pleased with the flavor and texture. Also the biscuits and gravy didn’t have all that pepper a lot of southern diners like to use. The flavor was savory and perfect and the biscuits were as well. I am ver picky about my biscuits and gravy. Coffee wasn’t bad just not for me. I like my coffee strong. Very economical!! Spent $33 for all 3 of us!!!

From the moment we stepped into Cedarwood Restaurant in Lebanon, KY, it was clear we were in for a treat. Known for its great country cooking, Cedarwood didn’t disappoint, presenting a menu brimming with a wide variety of dishes and specials that felt both comforting and gourmet. Among the many options, the inclusion of dishes like goulash caught our eye for their unique take on classic country recipes. Our table was graced with a chicken fried steak, generously covered in a delectable white pepper gravy that perfectly balanced the crispy exterior with a rich, creamy finish. The roast beef dish, smothered in a savory brown gravy, was equally delicious, showcasing the kitchen's ability to elevate traditional comfort food to something truly special. For the younger diner at our table, the biscuits, patty sausage, and scrambled eggs were an undeniable hit. The simplicity of the dish, paired with its execution, proved that Cedarwood knows exactly how to cater to all ages with its menu. However, the undisputed highlight of our meal was the cinnamon roll. This wasn’t just any cinnamon roll; it tasted as if it was freshly baked, with a sweetness and cinnamon flavor that were perfectly balanced. The ooey-gooey texture made each bite a delightful experience, easily making it one of the best restaurant cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting.Adding to the exceptional food was the fast and friendly service, making our dining experience at Cedarwood Restaurant not just a meal, but a memorable event. It’s safe to say that this establishment is one of the best restaurants in Lebanon, KY, and has set a high bar for country cooking. When I find myself back in the area, dining here again will be at the top of my list.Kid-friendliness: One kid enjoyed the cinnamon roll and the waitress let my kid freestyle a few a la carte items as their meal, which was super helpful.

If you’re a local it’s probably better. We saw several local people come in after us and get served before us. I’m guessing they worked at the local gas station from the smell and greasy coveralls. Asked for a straw and the waitress pitched it on the table as she walked by without a word. Food was mediocre at best. Actually, the Hardees across the street would be a better option!

Loved this little restaurant! The biscuits were perfect! And when we go back I will get the breakfast wrap again! They were open New Year's Day and served breakfast all day! Would be worth the drive to hit this place up again! They also have a little gift shop in the back of the restaurant with some unique gifts!

Asked for burger to be cooked medium with no pickles. Burger was well-done and had pickles. Fried mushrooms and french fries were cooked in old dirty oil. They were overcooked and there were remnants of previously fried food in with the fries. Looked and tasted bad. I will not be eating here again, ever.

Their salmon patties are out of this world delicious! This is a cozy place nicely decorated with Christmas, very inviting. The staff are very welcoming and very nice. Their chocolate pie was very tasty, just like my Granny's. The steak dinner was scrumptious. The steak looked thin but was just right. Their prices on menu are good prices. We work out of town and came there on a whim. We can't wait to visit again and this time get their homemade Jam cake. It looks so good!! Only $15 for whole cake! They have a good variety of foods along with dessert. Very clean and great service. Great gifts for sale too! Cute earrings!

Nice little small town diner. Super-friendly servers. They hustle and are in constant motion.I travel to the area frequently and have eaten here three times recently , each time by myself. I just belly up to the main counter seats.Menu is home cooking, nothing fancy. The food is very good. I’ve had both breakfast and lunch here. The building is old and not in the best shape but I think that this creates/adds to the hometown feel.I appreciate this place more each time I visit.
