Not one to complain but this is ridiculous. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no onion. The bacon looked as of it hadn't even been cooked on it. I ordered with no onion and they were piled on there. This is not the first time I've not gotten what I asked for from there. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed in this place. My wife and I are regulars and when we get medium blizzards it was rare, but if we get a large blizzard it’s never mixed properly. We pay for extra toppings every time, but they never make it to the bottom or even halfway through the blizzard before it’s solid vanilla ice cream. About the top 1.5/2inches have toppings. Sad to say they’re losing my business.

The only staff that wasn't rude was the lady in drive thru. They messed up every fish sandwich and didn't get the order correct. We ordered and ate inside. Had issues about giving us what we ordered. One guy even tossed the tray of food on the table rather than just setting it on the table.
We told them during the order process of food allergies, and they actually added extra to one of the sandwiches.
The blizzards were more like soup, even even thick as a shake. I ordered 3 fish sandwiches with no lettuce (allergy) and extra tarter on both sides. There was barely any tarter on either side. They only brought out 2 sandwiches. After complaining, it's when we got the 3rd sandwich with extra lettuce on both sides. The side of the tarter was more mayo and NOT tarter.
I also don't understand what the big deal is about getting what you ordered. If I order something extra, I expect to pay for it and get it at the same time.
I am a rewards member for this chain. I tend to go there a lot, especially when traveling. I have NEVER been treated or had such a negative experience before.

Got the bi breakfast plate, I have had this a other DQ locations. It is great breakfast for the money. At this location the bacon was half cooked and the eggs look like they were cooked yesterday. In the past at other locations I love the chili cheese dog. I have gotten them here on 3 different occasions and the hotdogs is always ice cold. It's almost as if they were taken straight out of the fridge, the only thing warm is the chili sauce. Today will be my last visit at this location.

it took 20 minutes to make an ice cream, im being sarcastic but it was actually 20 minutes and they forgot to bring me my ice cream, the workers arent up to a simple task were making jokes and laughing on their shift, i may never come here again unless im starving.

Worst Dairy Queen I've ever been in. Dirty, how has the inspector not shut them down? Counter worker was in dirty pants, slow to the point of neglectful, and a little rude with her attitude. Employee "cleaning" outside tables, was doing nothing but wondering. The only redeeming factor was the classic DQ food, made hot and fresh.

This is the second time I have ordered a custom ice cream cake from the Lebanon location and gone to pick up my order only to be told that they cannot fulfill the order. When I arrived in the store today, I was first told that it would be an hour before the person who writes on the cakes would be there to finish my cake. So I explained that I could not wait an hour. I would just take the cake and write on it myself at home. THEN I was told that the truck did not arrive from Louisville so they did not actually have the cake I ordered at all! What an inconsiderate waste of time! At a minimum the store should call customers to let them know if they are unable to fulfill an order. I ordered days ahead of time, and had received an email with a pick up time, so I assumed my order would be prepared!
