Makes 4 times I been here at the Hardee’s in Lebanon Ky. All right at 930 or just before and they are closed, but supposed to stay open till 10. Last time they was just chilling in the lobby. I love the food here but dang I didn’t know we was making up our own hours to work.

I have tried to download. purchases and get a message: “sorry you have already downloaded this #”. Which I HAVE NOT. Just tried to download my 11:55am purchase today. The last time was August 1. This has happened OVER.& OVER. & OVER. I’m sick and tired of it!!!!! It is NOT right.

Super slow. You have to wait over 30 minutes for your food even when you’re the only car in line at the drive thru and then when you finally get your food half of what you ordered is missing.
