Nobody cares about the front counter. You’ll wait 15 minutes for a Carmel frappe, after someone even acknowledges your presence. I work across the parking lot, it’s the same whenever I go in there these days. There used to be a good crew in there, but they are all gone, and whoever is in charge of training, and organizing this store now, is failing. 5 people will be standing around, nobody will even look at the front counter. What’s going on in there? I guess no kitchen experienced adults want to work there because it’s just a kids first job place now. It shows in quality of service, and preparation.
Food was good but the service was not. Took over 30 minutes to get two mcChicken sandwiches. Also gave an order to the wrong person for someone else in our party.

If I can give this place a zero star I would they are rude disrespectful ignore you when you have an order and you’ve been there for 30 minutes. The older lady skinny gray hair she’s very sweet, but the blonde haired manager disappeared. Then the blonde heavyset chick was very rude and disrespectful towards everyone

The cashier practically never made eye contact, felt like she wasn't even paying attention to us, but our order was correct, I think the food was just OK, my fries weren't Hot, just warm, my filet was ok and my husband said his nuggets were tasty & just fine. I like that you just choose your size drink , they're all the same price. I really feel like it's just not as tasty as years ago when I worked at one, but still love the fries.

Any time you go through drive thru at this place they have you to pull up and park and wait for 15 to 20 minutes today I ordered a small fry and a water toke 30 minutes this place sucks
