This is our local Papa John's, and generally, it's our go-to for pizza. And has been for years. But the last time I went in to get our pizza for pickup, there were 6 employees working, and I walked in and there was no "Welcome to Papa John!", and I stood there for 6 and a half minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. Very disappointed. We love our Papa John's pizza, but I'd hate to have to go out of town to get it.
Wow, really downhill. Your boneless wings are the size of a Mcnugget and the buffalo sauce wasn't flavorful or evenly distributed. The chicken Parm bites are exactly a bite of food...

The employees who were preparing the food were not wearing gloves or washing their hands. The store was very dirty inside. Someone needs to come in and properly train the staff.
