Place was filthy trash everywhere seen a girl wearing no gloves. People outside smoking weed. I went at around 9:30pm. There was this lady there and when I had went the last time in the mornings around 10:30am I believe it was her daughter she had took the food out and she didn’t even work there no work clothes or nothing on that was Taco Bell or kfc. I honestly wanted a refund. The lady that took my order was nice but I seen her talking to I guess her boyfriend and they was causing a scene at a place of work. Both smelt like weed. I also seen kids outside that night smoking weed with the adults.

So showed up @4:16 the woman at the drive thru is named Sarah W. She was very rude so I got rude back. She didn’t have my top on my drink all the way so it spilled n my car…well I told her I need napkins bc I spilled the drink n the car bc of her. And I was told that it wasn’t her fault and that it was mine! She needs to be fired because she doesn’t know how to speak to customers at all! And I will b calling cooperate over her! I will not go back til they change things there

Most of the time our food is pretty good but with late night shift it’s always a toss up going through the drive-thru. It’s been great sometimes and completely wrong sometimes. I try to give a certain amount of grace because I know they may be training new people, but I was pretty upset when I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito and 5-layer burrito and both were wrong. They grilled my 5-layer and the only things on it were beans and cheese and the only thing in my grilled cheese burrito was the meat and rice and it had not been grilled or had cheese melted/grilled to it. I was disappointed but they redeemed themselves the next time we went through there.
