If I could give a zero in customer service I would!!This is the most disrespectful fast food restaurant I have ever been in, the employees need to taught on how to treat their customers! Very poor customer service, you should never speak to anyone like how they spoke to us.

Found a super long hair in my food today(my hair isn’t that color and was put up before I started eating) we went to the store to get it replaced and noticed that one of the employees had their hair free and none of them were wearing hair nets, when we asked about it an employee slammed the window in our face and when the manager came over she gave us attitude for asking why there are no hair nets. They always have good food but their customer service is horrible, including the managers.

Repeatedly asked if their biscuits and gravy would have chunks of sausage. I was assured that it would, but the owners must be telling the employees to control food cost because there was not one piece of sausage in my biscuits and gravy, which every other Dairy Queen in the country does correct except for this one. Sorry folks fix your biscuits and gravy and you’ll get Better reviews. I have asked repeatedly for them to Annie up on what they should be serving and for whatever reason they always fall short shame on the owners for not fixing this.

The Leitchfield location is the best DQ I have had the pleasure of dining at in 7 states. Friendly and the accuracy of the orders have been great, and the Coca-Cola is perfect.Parking: There are a lot of parking spaces but don't be surprised if they are full, not a lot of options for good food and great service in this small town.
