I’m not sure where Kristie, the manager, has been, but if I remember correctly, this is her family’s business. If that’s the case, they really need to address what’s happening when she isn’t around. The place has gone noticeably downhill. My family and I typically visit once or twice a week, usually at night (a night during the week) and/or on weekends (Friday nights or Saturday evenings), but lately the experience has been disappointing.
The employees have been rude, and unfortunately, the managers aren’t setting a better example either. I’ve tried to get names, but employees don’t seem to wear name tags. Most of the staff I see are young women along with a middle age woman and an older woman, and none have been particularly friendly. (None seem to have a time of day for a customer when needed) I may just be one customer, but I usually bring a group with me, and I often overhear other customers complaining as well. Salad bar has very little in it, spaghetti dried out always, very little pizza or old so it sits there because no one will eat it and desserts are rarely available. I haven’t received my request for weeks (even when there is very little business) and again, I’m there a couple times a week.
I work closely with the public as well as with professionals with big titles, and I often hear the same concerns echoed. In a small town, word of mouth carries a lot of weight—it can either build up a business or break it down.
This is a recent shift, but it’s concerning. I strongly suggest improving the leadership there—or bringing Kristie back—before the situation gets worse.

The pizza is HORRIBLE!!! So nasty !!! 🤢 🤮 I threw up 3 times stomach got so upset and the next day too !! It’s not good pizza 🍕 the only thing they have that’s decent is the s’mores pizza and the coconut cream pizza everything is is just disgusting honestly the salad isn’t even salad mix it’s shredded lettuce just very cheap ingredients and cheap tasting I do not recommend eating there and eating their pizzas! You will be highly disappointed if you choose to do so! Just warning you! Also DO NOT EAT THE SPAGHETTI!!! 🍝 it’s disgusting no joke it’s very spicy but yet sweet sauce there is nothing I liked about the pizza or the spaghetti I am NEVER going back !!!! Mr gattis there is nothing like it use to be in bowling green the taste is so different it is not at all the same !!!! Nothing like it !!!!

Me and my husband took our newborn son out for some lunch, since daddy has to work on Sundays.
As someone who use to work fast food/customer service, I can only imagine the mentality of those that have to work in it today, especially with the way this world is…. I wanna give a personal shout out to a young man named Trey, he was excellent at getting all the dishes out and in a timely manner and also, doing an amazing job! Me and my husband both think he deserves praise for doing his best, cause in this world, most people will tell you your best is not enough, Trey, honey you’re an amazing young man and one day, I hope my boy is as hard working and sweet as you are!!! Me and my party I ask for a special pizza with Alcedo And sausage and I get told that they not know how to make it even know I ask they how and I have a other special pizza it was bacon cheeseburger and got told again not know how to make it other Mr gattis will make it because every one is asking about it and it is so good and the staff was talking bad about us and make faces at us and lugging at us we are not going back there.
