Customer service has been horrible every time my family has visited almost. Tonight, my parents/sister were treated poorly due to having multiple children and accused of not paying for everyone… even though a receipt was present.

Past couple times the experience has went down. Most workers are rude. Don't want to make any fresh pizzas and then the roof was leaking. If gattis wants to stay open, Kristy may want to pay attention to the actually restaurant. Friendliness, cleanliness, and quality goes along way.
