Friendly service and hot food in a timely manner. I'd have given a 5, but my burger was put together very sloppily. But, I suppose that comes with the territory on occasion.

Drive thru. Got wrong order totally. A $20 order! Service was sub par in drive thru no thank you no have a good day nothing! Get back home 20 miles away! To wrong order.. burnt chicken on a biscuit! I'll never go back. This is the 4 th time trying.

June 27, 6:00 pm. Service was VERY slow. I used drive through. While I was waiting 2 cars behind me gave up and pulled out of line. I was blocked in or I would have left also. I got to window and waited for while. After taking as long as it did, I expected hot fresh food. I was wrong. Food was cold and burgers were hard as if they had been sitting out for a while. Usually this Hardee's is very good, but after tonight I will not be back for sometime.
