Went for a quick meal through the drive-through and was told after I paid that the tenders would take a few minutes to pull forward. Waited for 25 minutes and had to leave because I was late for an appointment. Should never wait 25 minutes for three chicken tenders.

I came through the drive thru about a week and a half ago. I tried to be as respectful as I could. I was met by the worst attitude. I ordered a simple sandwich with simple alterations. The only time the woman was nice was when I asked for extras on the sandwich. I forgot to order sauces at the box and she gave me attitude. I won’t be back unless Vickey is there

If I could have gave 0 stars that’s what they would have gotten!!! Chicken was burnt, biscuits hard as a rock! Ordered online and picked up in restaurant, took at least 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged the fact I was standing at the counter. Will never go back because it’s not the first time this has happened. I thought since it had been about 6 months since the last bad experience with kfc that maybe they had gotten better. Guess I was wrong!!!
