Got lunch to go with co workers came in and ordered a few meals to-go. The staff were fast and friendly. Our cashier was super nice. All of our orders correct and everyone enjoyed. Thank you guys!

The staff was extremely friendly. The food was prepared really fast and it was hot. The dining room was clean. It was a great experience all around and the GM came out into the lobby and greeted us and had a friendly conversation. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my family friends and neighbors.

The biscuits were hard as a rock, fries were drenched in oil, the poppers have no taste. The tenders were good, but the rest was awful

Had my sister stop by and order two box dinners of the original recipe for me on her way back from having her hair done. I had her order two thighs, mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuit and a side order of Mac and cheese, and informed me by phone that my order was going to take 20 minutes to fix (which I understand) I said okay. But when she brought my order to me, There Was No Mashed potatoes and Gravy, in it's place was COLE SLAW! And the side order of Mac and cheese looked like it had been scraped off the bottom and sides of the container in the steam table. Deplorable!!!!! And one of the boxes bottom was so wet that it was about to spill my food out into the bag........Very Unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if I could but the chicken itself was as it should have been........ good. If I'd known that this was going to happen, I would have had my sister stop by my first choice instead. A place where the food is very top notch and reasonably priced at that and they don't get the order wrong either.

Went into litchfield KFC today and had a great experience Food was of top quality and the staff were brilliant, amazing fast service and very friendly will definitely be returning

All 3 orders were incorrect. Tried calling back to store repeatedly and no one would answer the phone.

Went in store order , had waite. All we heard was arguing. Lady came up to us was being very rude. I start to order and she says we're out. My husband ask anything eles you are out of. She very sternly said no. I just said out of pot pies. We then switch order to fried chicken, she walked away said that will be 25 min waite. We have been here server times and enjoy our food and service. Today was horrible. I just hope what ever issues they are having they stop projecting it out to customers 😒.

“Completely out of chicken” at 4:30 on a Saturday. 20 minute wait for anything on the menu that’s chicken related.
They also force you to take 1/2 of your bucket in white meat when nobody in our family wants that.
While this location only had two workers that were ABSOLUTELY slammed, they went completely above and beyond with smiles on their faces to provide the best service! Super nice, polite and welcoming! Such a nice refresher to fast food while traveling!

Things have sure improved definitely enjoyed. The music sounds great with the subwoofer in the back. Also, I think that was the new manager that waiting on us. He seemed to very knowledgeable and professional and everything has improved. He seem to enjoy his job so he needs $10 an hour raise.

I’m sitting here at 3:00 on a Sunday waiting 30 minutes for crispy since original would have been 15 minute wait… so basically they were out of chicken completely before starting more… this happened a couple months ago too… 30 minute wait for all chicken. Get it together KFC! You have one job! It’s not even particularly busy
