The leitchfield store has let us down 4 times now. From 45-50 min wait times, to raw uncooked dough, to clueless employees nobody at the counter or nobody at the window its a overall bad experience. The etown one has it figured out, its great. I wish this one could get it together. I was pulled forward in drive thru and forgot about 45 minutes later I tried walking in, the employee seen me walking in while holding a receipt and locked the door in my face. Wrote about it to corporate, they offered me coupons and apologized but I didnt want any coupons. Overall you can tell the management/staff needs training. I wish it would do well, I always try and give them all a second chance but each time we go its the same problems.

Would not recommend eating or working here for Jerry Holt. He is very disrespectful if you try to quit and there are so many health violations here..waiting for them to get shut down honestly

Ordered online, showed up at the ready time, but hadn't received the email that it was ready. Waited another ten minutes, then decided to go in and check, was told it wasn't ready. Checked the app and a couple minutes later it showed they had started the order. Obviously they had missed or forgotten the order until i came in asking for it. Waited another half hour, still didn't show it was ready. Went in to ask, was told it still wasn't ready. Waited another 15 minutes. Went back in and was finally done. Got home and found the order was wrong, no stuffed crust, cheese sauce instead of tomato, and no both pepperoni instead of one cheese and one pepperoni. So waited over an hour for the wrong pizza and overcharged for what I did receive.
Fantastic Pizza! Used the portal option, food was done when I scheduled it, looked great and tasted even better! Friendly staff & clean building!

The food is great, not to mention the awesome cheesy jalapeño sauce. I usually buy once or twice a week to fulfill my cravings. The only thing that I dislike is there has been 2 times I’ve went to place an order and a worker has been very rude towards me, I’m yet to catch his name.

I don't know who was working today. But that was the best 100 ? quality pizza you all have ever done. I have had many from your store over years. Where uneven dough fall out middle not cut right soggy. Or even burnt. But today was the best. No joke hands down you might be able give papa johns a run for their money. Very good quality for just $5 hot and ready well $6 with tax but well spent. Keep up the good work. Quality sells. And young lady at window don't know her name sweet girl. Good customer service. I naturally never go out of way to tell experience in fast food. But like today after that amazing pizza I was like they need to know how good it was. So they keep that quality up. My grandma sick in hospital and having a slice of your pizza made me feel a little better. Merry Christmas ? have blessed new year. ❤️

Never again. They had about 6 people working and not a bit of team work. Everyone was doing their own thing and they got my order wrong and forgot other people's orders. I watched a few people come in and cancel their orders while they fought with each other over fixing my order. Very unorganized and un professional.
