Last time my husband and I ate here the big Mac tasted like chemicals and was soggy management was rude and refused to fix our order I would not suggest this place not even to feed an animal.

They make me so mad when they say the frappe machine is not working. Told me today someone was working on it and I could clearly see that they wasn’t. Pretty sure they say the machine ain’t working cause they don’t feel like making them! They do this to me all the time! I was lucky enough that store house coffee was still open and got one from there!!! Love store house coffee. Leitchfield McDonald s do better!

WORST MCDONALDS IN EXISTENCE. They take forever to do anything. The whole place is quite literally run by ignorant and complacent kids who are rude and complain about having to do a job they suck at. I've never been to a McDonald's that is this consistently bad. And dont dare go inside to dine because you will get put as last priority. The drive thru is just as bad as they do everything they possibly can to make a simple order take eons to get. Also dont be surprised if they have you pull into a stall. As they are more worried about making they're already terrible drive thru score time. Aka (making quote)They once had me pull into a stall despite being the only one in the drive thru. Its amazing this location hasn't been shut down and restarted.

all food was cold , I’ve never seen the Mcdonald’s cheese look like that before and cold. bread tasted as if it was sitting out to long, and was doing a flake thing when you touched it. fries under cooked and cold i didn’t know it was even possible to serve food that bad at Mc Donald's. The Grinch Meal sold out in week one. I get it that is corporates fault underestimating sales. But at least cook your food people ??!

Ordered my daughter and I both a frappe through the app. Confirmed order at speaker. Got my receipt from window 1. Then a woman meets me at windows 2 with cash in hand. "We're not making those right now." Not our machine is down. Not we're out of those. Literally we're not making those. It's your job to make what the customer orders. You don't get to pick and choose which orders you want to make and which you don't. I typically avoid this location and this is why.

I stopped by this location early Friday morning to place an order inside the restaurant. I chose this McDonald’s because of its positive reviews and because I saw several people in the lobby dining in and cars parked out front, which made it appear open.
Instead of simply locking the doors or politely explaining the situation, the cashier—Amy—was extremely rude and dismissive. When I entered, she curtly told me, “We’re closed,” in a sharp tone. I politely asked if I could get fresh food, and she repeated “Yes, at the drive-through” twice, as if I didn’t understand the first time. There was no courtesy, no explanation, and absolutely no customer care.
I fully respect if the lobby closes at night, but there is a professional way to communicate that. Amy’s approach was unnecessary and unwelcoming. If management values customer service, I strongly recommend retraining staff on how to handle late-night customers with respect and professionalism.
Very heavy on the pumpkin spice! Sausage biscuits were good.

Don't sleep on this location. Was on the road overnight and stopped a little after 1:30 a.m. at this McDonald's to give the car and myself a short rest. At 2, I was ready to head out and put a mobile order in, then moved to the drive through. THE OVERNIGHT SHIFT HERE IS FIRE. The food blew me away. Everything was hot. Everything tasted and felt fresh. Everything was tasty. It all was like McDonald's used to be when I was a kid. I'm seriously thinking about making this one my late-night meal stop.
