I do not like McDonald's to be honest. The quality of the food has gone downhill over the years versus the price. It was always the place to go if you wanted cheap decent food, now it's expensive and the food is mediocre more times than not. The lines are always long because of limited staff, this is all locations that I have tried. The drinks are still good though.

It's fairly clean and the people were nice. But they got the order slightly wrong and forgot to give us our dipping sauces. So the same as all the other McDonalds lol.

Service was slow. They just left our order on the counter even though they gave us a table tent which said the order would be brought to the table.
Everyone standing around there is no orders done. All the spaces are parked, and they're in there.Laughing and goofing off.

We were traveling on the Western KY Parkway Friday 10-18-24 and decided to stop at this McDonalds. It was around 6:30 pm. We placed our order and they gave us a number and said they would bring it out to us. We waited and waited, finally went up front with number it took 2-3 minutes for the staff to acknowledge that I even existed. Order was sitting on the counter in a bag--for how long they did not know---he did replace the fries but they were still just warm not hot. The double cheeseburger had no pickles, onions or mustard (that I could see). I do not know who owns this business, but you need to check on your employees work habits...
Parking: got blocked in by the drive thru customers
It was clean and the food was as expected but they forgot several items that I had to go ask them for.
