I haven't ordered pizza hut in several years, because it had gotten so greasy it was almost inedible. The pizza i ordered last night was amazing! I dont know what changed, but keep up the good work folks, and I'll keep coming back.

Burnt beyond being edible. Toppings not as ordered. No sauce cups. If that was chicken they must have tiny babies. Never ever again. I'll drive to etown first.

Pirate food was hot, fresh amd delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and the latest manager has really turned that store around. I coupdnt say a bad thing about the visit if I tried. We will definately be back, after years of giving up on them due to not being pleased with the quality.

Food was hot and ready but the pizza had very little sauce on them. We got extra marinara sauce because we ordered breadsticks which were fine also. Please more sauce on pizzas. The two we got were tasteless.

Horrible service. Said they closed 20 minutes before their actual close time. Didn’t notify me prior to store arrival. I guess this is the pinnacle of their working careers. Sad.

Would not recommend this location to anyone restaurant wasn’t clean. My family ordered out food and was told no plates but we will give you extra napkins. Then we ordered our drinks and have to pay $2 for a 20 ounce(ridiculous) they food was not great either wasn’t a good experience at all service was awful never again will my family be there and I will tell everyone that I highly DONT recommend this place

Always out of something, store is not kept clean, even the entry doors. Don't bother payind for more toppings, you order double and you get nothing more than regular which is very little.
If I could rate zero stars I would. It was a horrible experience. We were ignored by workers behind the counter for 4-5 mins. The “closed dining room” sign wasn’t out so we assumed it was open. After we finally communicated with a worker, we were told the dining room is open but only self serve. We ordered and the worker did say she would bring our drinks out. They were 20oz bottles. The drinks would have been warm after waiting 25-30 mins on the pizza. The store was very dirty. Reminded us of a ran down motel. We cancelled our order and returned the unopened drinks. This store needs to close or get brand new management. It is basically a carry-out or delivery story. Will not be back. A disgrace to the Pizza Hut brand.

Very dirty restaurant. Your feet stick to the floor. The carpet looks real bad. The pizza is normal Pizza Hut pizza. The staff is friendly. The owner needs to clean the restaurant.

During the last month I have ordered pizza twice I'm going to pick it up. In both cases when I arrived there was no one at the front desk or anywhere close for 30 minutes after I arrived. The pizza has been cooked and sitting in the warmer the whole time I waited. I complained and when I left the second time to leave the facility the new manager it would only been there a short time basically told me to get my pizza somewhere else. I had yelled from the front desk and the second time even went and got my pizza from the warmer although the pizza is good I will never go back to the store. She told me I should have run the Bell and when I told there there was none she said it must have been stolen. Whoever owns this store needs to realize they have an absentee staff who do nothing but argue and blame the customer. When I pick up my pizza I expect someone to be there and not for the pizza to be Stone Cold. per the manager's instructions I recommend everyone go elsewhere to get your pizza
