Visiting my family in middle-o-nowhere Leitchfield, KY. I don't know why, but this was the best tasting Rally's I've been to in a long time. Like the food literally tasted different than any other Rally's.

Food is delicious for a fast food joint. We were shorted an order of fries which is always heart breaking especially when you are on a road trip and you came for the fries. Staff is friendly. Prices are a little high but every thing is a little high anymore. I'm glad I stopped. Sad over fries.

They previously gave military discount. I was told owners said for them drop all discounts.
I ordered a Baconzilla combo. The sandwich & fried was drenched with too much salt. Mister Pib had very little syrup. I only eat out once a month. Last 3 times I bought a meal here I was so disappointed! I will avoid this establishment for a while.

This place is an absolute mess. We had a mobile order, but also needed to order a separate order at the window. So we told them beforehand. They then immediately said after we just explained that, that we could go to a spot to wait for the mobile order. Valid, it’s hard to hear on those headsets. We get to the window after ordering, and they try to give us our order we ordered at the window, but someone accidentally added fries into it so they take it back and make us go to a spot to wait for both. They bring the mobile order fine, but do not bring the other order (for context, it was a singular sandwich.) We inform them we’re missing an order. Another woman comes out and asks what we’re waiting on, and we tell her. Then, she comes back out and tells us that we’re going to have to put in a refund request through DoorDash because they don’t have fish? So we inform this restaurant for about a fourth time at this point, that all we need is a sandwich. Finally we get our sandwich from a separate person. Food was soggy and colder than it should be.
I have never written a review before, because oftentimes I don’t care that much, but jeez. I’ve never seen such a disorganized place. And I have worked in fast food— I understand the chaos. But us having to tell multiple people we need a sandwich multiple times is a little crazy.

I came in today when I noticed a new staff. A couple of months back the workers there was just, not that great. Wearing pajamas, no shoes on, and the food wasn't that great. But this new crew they have, they make food fresh, wearing clean uniforms. Will definitely be going back now.
