I ordered a Baconzilla combo. The sandwich & fried was drenched with too much salt. Mister Pib had very little syrup. I only eat out once a month. Last 3 times I bought a meal here I was so disappointed! I will avoid this establishment for a while.

This place is an absolute mess. We had a mobile order, but also needed to order a separate order at the window. So we told them beforehand. They then immediately said after we just explained that, that we could go to a spot to wait for the mobile order. Valid, it’s hard to hear on those headsets. We get to the window after ordering, and they try to give us our order we ordered at the window, but someone accidentally added fries into it so they take it back and make us go to a spot to wait for both. They bring the mobile order fine, but do not bring the other order (for context, it was a singular sandwich.) We inform them we’re missing an order. Another woman comes out and asks what we’re waiting on, and we tell her. Then, she comes back out and tells us that we’re going to have to put in a refund request through DoorDash because they don’t have fish? So we inform this restaurant for about a fourth time at this point, that all we need is a sandwich. Finally we get our sandwich from a separate person. Food was soggy and colder than it should be.
I have never written a review before, because oftentimes I don’t care that much, but jeez. I’ve never seen such a disorganized place. And I have worked in fast food— I understand the chaos. But us having to tell multiple people we need a sandwich multiple times is a little crazy.

I came in today when I noticed a new staff. A couple of months back the workers there was just, not that great. Wearing pajamas, no shoes on, and the food wasn't that great. But this new crew they have, they make food fresh, wearing clean uniforms. Will definitely be going back now.

Every time I come here to pick up a door dash it's never ready and the workers are EXTREMELY rude. Only good worker there that never gives a attitude is Johnny. Everytime us dashers have to wait, that's money being taken away from us.

We have been staying away from fast food. The past year it seemed everywhere we went was really bad.We saw Rallys has the double spicy chicken sandwich and gave it a shot.It is 2 pieces of seasoned chicken with cheese on a soft bun. I believe it comes with lettuce but I ordered it plain because hot food on top of lettuce wrapped up is gross, IMO.It was a surprisingly good sandwich! It is not real greasy and it is quite filling.The employees were real friendly and efficient, and gave us our correct order.The restaurant seemed clean and orderly.We had no complaints and will choose Rallys next time we are in town.

Cannot give this any stars for the fact that we stood inside waiting to order for 10 mins and not one single worker out of the 4 that we seen even bothered to acknowledge us. One was leaned up against the soda machine on his phone, one was in prep line waiting on something I am sure, but never even offered to help us or let us know someone would be with us as soon as possible or anything. Another walked within feet of the window a few times and never spoke at all. We know we were seen, couldn't really miss us, but not one single person cared to help us in the least little bit. VERY POOR SERVICE FOR SURE!!!! Guess if you want to be waited on you have to go through the drive- thru, but we chose to go down the road and get great service elsewhere. We will never again try to stop here.
