We have been staying away from fast food. The past year it seemed everywhere we went was really bad.We saw Rallys has the double spicy chicken sandwich and gave it a shot.It is 2 pieces of seasoned chicken with cheese on a soft bun. I believe it comes with lettuce but I ordered it plain because hot food on top of lettuce wrapped up is gross, IMO.It was a surprisingly good sandwich! It is not real greasy and it is quite filling.The employees were real friendly and efficient, and gave us our correct order.The restaurant seemed clean and orderly.We had no complaints and will choose Rallys next time we are in town.

Cannot give this any stars for the fact that we stood inside waiting to order for 10 mins and not one single worker out of the 4 that we seen even bothered to acknowledge us. One was leaned up against the soda machine on his phone, one was in prep line waiting on something I am sure, but never even offered to help us or let us know someone would be with us as soon as possible or anything. Another walked within feet of the window a few times and never spoke at all. We know we were seen, couldn't really miss us, but not one single person cared to help us in the least little bit. VERY POOR SERVICE FOR SURE!!!! Guess if you want to be waited on you have to go through the drive- thru, but we chose to go down the road and get great service elsewhere. We will never again try to stop here.

Could have been better. They charged me for an extra meal that I never ordered, but I also got the meal in with the rest of my stuff. It was a bit extra for later. The food was satisfying to eat.

We went through and ordered a baconzilla meal, Buford meal with extra cheese, and an ice cream.They didn’t put extra cheese on the Buford and we told them that. The lady brought the extra piece of cheese on a napkin with no gloves. I said I’m not taking that because you didn’t wear gloves. She told me I could just go and slam the drive thru window.We went in and tonya the gm was nice but the lady who was rude needs more than a talk to. It’s disgusting to touch others food without gloves.

Dirty, food tasted as if was reheated from previous day . Onions was terrible and that's what I've always loved rallys for was their red onions , problem was seems onions should have been thrown out they was rubbery and slimy . Probably in my top 5 of most horrible experiences at a fast food place , Don't think this is representation of all rally just this one in particular seems everyone working their was worried more about other things then the people waiting on food. This place imo is a health hazard in the waiting
There was only 2 people working when we went through the drive through. But those 2 done an amazing job. The drive through was packed with cars, but everyone got their food with hardly any wait. And the food was excellent.

Hot wings had barely any sauce, chicken bites were white colored and nasty when I went in to ask about it they took the chicken apart put the torn apart pieces back in my box and told me it was fine., fries and burgers were coldish, no ranch with the bites or the 10 piece wing, rude workers, drinks were mostly ice... I was so disappointed and to be honest the food was so bad after we got home and I tired to eat it I got up and made me a sandwich ... figured it wouldn't do any good to complain with the way I had been treated about the chicken bites looking so nasty and half done, chicken breading when done is golden not white

It was great.. the food was hot and fresh.. the only draw back today was they only had 1 pie and the ice cream machine was down.. I thought that only happened at McDonald's.. lolDefinitely a winner if u like fish sandwiches.. and the loaded fries were absolutely amazing..
