We love Steak and Stone and have been dining here since they opened. However, we probably had our best meal ever tonight and it was because of Mel! She made our night and meal perfect!
The bar tender Mel was very attentive, and got my drinks and food to me very quickly, also give the restaurant was busy. I greatly appreciate this and being a business owner I would love to have 10 Mellinda Lynn's at my plant.
Service was great - Mark was exceptional server.
The food was not nearly as great. I ordered the Picanha Steak Frites, ordered it Medium. The Steak was super undercooked.. only seared really. Mark offered to return the steak to the kitchen to have it cooked more, but by the time I cut the fat off, there were only 2 or 3 bites left. My only schtick with this is if you’re a steak restaurant, where steak is in the name, my expectation sits with the quality of the steak...
